Love the atmosphere. Love the paintings. Booths are great for co vid distancing. In a brand new plaza. Nicely bright parking lot. Dishes were dirty, like all of them. The bowls for the salsa were dirty and the silverware were as well. Im sure the plates with food on them were as well and the cups :( Food was very bland. Carne Asada was dry. Music was so loud that you can't order a meal. Drinks were bottom shelf, both the liquor and the mix for it. Cool that they serve it like a slushie though. Asked for extra items that we never received. Waitress does not speak English well enough to be serving tables. Customer service is horrible due to inability to communicate well enough with the person taking the orders. Some items were not available that were on the menu. I do believe this was our last visit here. Each visit was worst than the last. Dont feel the passion in the food or the cleanliness.

Looking for some good Mexican food... drive down the road not even one more minute to the place you drive through to get the food. That's some good...

So it took a while to get menus when my wife and I walked in. There really wasn't any customer service. It was more of what would you like to drink, what would you like to eat,and after we got our food and drinks the waitress never came back. Never asked if we were doing OK. Never got a refill or asked if we needed anything. My wife and I ordered chicken quesades and it looked like a soft chicken and cheese taco. The only thing that was good was our fajitas thats it, and that's why this restaurant is getting a one. I asked for a to go drink and it took the waitress almost a whole 5 min. to get my drink so I just started to leave and then I got my drink. I had to go to the register to ask for my ticket because the waitress never came back. Never again will I go back. Poor customer service granted there were other tables and I'm guessing she thought she would get a big tip, but your other customers are important...

I am giving this restaurant a 1 star, solely based on the customer service. Food was good, however the customer service was TERRIBLE! We sat down got our drinks and 35 minutes later NO ONE came to take our order. I had to get what seemed like the managers attention. He was really rude and just rushed us through our order. He initially just took my order and and I had to tell him my husband needs to order to. Then a crowd of 15 people walked in got seated and taken care of right away. Another 38 minutes went by and we still didn’t have our food at that point I was ready to leave. Finally at 40 minutes our food finally arrived. It was a simple order tacos. Fajita , shrimp cocktail and a quesadilla. We ordered waters too and never received them. By far the worst customer...
