I am a very displeased customer very displeased last night I went through the drive-through and got the coupon meal for the two whoppers for 899 I asked for one of those whoppers to only be cheese and they were both mean the way that they were supposed to be made without a special request not to mention the food was not tempt right I got home and it was like an ice well I proceeded to call last night to see if we could fix the order left a voicemail ..... called this morning Vanessa who I spoke with told me that they would replace my order with no problem well then I get a phone call maybe 10 to 15 minutes later and it is them again stating that they cannot replace the food without the food my husband who had no problem eating what was on the burger went ahead and ate the food last night so that way it was not wasted so then proceeds to tell me after telling them that I have pictures of both of the sandwiches telling me that they aren’t going to replace the food and I am then finally after arguing or having a semi-heated discussion they proceeded to tell me that this will be the only time that they do this but to not let the food we ate and the next time this happens I think that is very disrespectful not to mention it’s very unprofessional I am very upset at the fact of these people proceeded to call me back after I told them that I had pictures of the food I spent money on that food last night and didn’t want to go to waste so my husband decided to eat not to mention they were just gonna throw it away this is not OK for these employees to act like this there were three girls involved Vanessa and I don’t know the other two girls name and mind you this is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this Burger King I’ve always had a problem with them leaving stuff out of my bag or my food being cold this just happened to be the worse after I get my replacement mail I will not be coming back to this Burger King not to mention that I spoke with their regional manager Randy cells I will take my business elsewhere to a different Burger King that is more professional and more...
Read moreReally disappointed they were out of everything i really wanted some fries they only had hamburges and soda. My whopper jr. Was okay but i missed having a shake and fries. I went there wanting to get the chicken sandwich combo. I dont understand how they didn't have anything else. I have eaten bk all my life and this is a first for me eating fast food at any place ever to be out of EVERYTHING i have seen places sold out of 1 or 2 items or condiments but never this. I feek they should have offered at the least a small fry or something for the customers when that happened towards their next visit. This experience just shows that customer satisfaction is not a priority i wasted my time and gas to get something i really didn't want and i would have gone elsewhere but i wasn't feeling well and was hungry and wanted to get home without having to stop somewhere else. Read moreWent through the drive through a few minutes ago and had to drive off without paying or getting my food. I drove up, placed my order, and drove to the first window. There wasn't anyone there for a minute, so I pulled up to the second window thinking maybe they're working on one window. There were 2 vehicles waiting aside the curb apparently waiting on food. The lady in the car in front of me looked exhausted. I sat in my car a few minutes and nobody came to the window to acknowledge me, nor let me pay. I started counting to 60 since I realized I had been there a while without talking to anyone. I saw at least 3 workers inside literally next to the window at several times. Nobody even bothered to say "sorry about the wait, it'll be a minute or so" you know what people usually say when someone is waiting. Since no-one bothered to speak to me to let me know what's going on and since two vehicles had to wait, I gave up...
