Was super excited this location opened up a few miles from my house, Usually go to the one on 2nd Street and always has impeccable service at that location. This is the second time I went to the new fort Campbell location and had a less than desirable experience. I went on the second day they opened up and was waiting in the drive-up line and the girl taking the orders would not move at all unless you were right on the bumper of the next vehicle, I was literally 3 ft from the vehicle in front of me and told her I was ready to order and she said that she would not move and that that's what management told her she needs to do. I thought that that was ridiculous. Went today 8/3/25 at 4:00pm and the same girl taking orders, ( yes you with long dark hair) took our order had to repeat it three times and my order was a large iced golden eagle. She kept repeating over and over how do you want that made and I kept saying however you all make it is how I want it. She did not seem to get it. Then proceeded to say she's sorry she does understand she's just out of it today. Then when I got to the window received my golden eagle with no whip cream. Hello manager and district manager of this location. Maybe you need to send your new employees down to the second Street location to have them teach your employees great customer service because you have not started off on a very good start. And to the long dark haired girl, she needs to be inside making drinks and not dealing with the general public. She has no customer service or people skills at all. Get it together...

I go every single day in my life every morning hundred dollars a month the one on Fort Campbell Blvd. the lady made my drink wrong. I use liquid sugar and then try to tell me that the liquid sugar equals 10 sugar packet and I said I don’t know. I just want 2 1/2 quart of the tank sugar. Well that’s why I didn’t pay Dry because that’s 10 packet and got a attitude with me like I’m supposed to know how many packets of sugar I need of sugar I know every day I get the same drink and it doesn’t taste like that and he was very very rude to me. I think she was the manager because there were two other girls there and they didn’t say anything to her. I almost went off on the woman, but I’m not going to, but worst customer service I’ve ever had Ever no way since you talk to a customer that way the other girl apologized 6x for it cause she saw how rude it was 5:39 am and didn’t wanna argue but now I think about it was horrible service she needs to be trained . Read moreI absolutely love Dutch Bros but felt 100% gaslighted the other day when I went. I got my usual drink, Blue Oasis rebel avalanche style. When getting my drink, the drink was pinkish orange, which obviously isn’t right (hence the name Blue Oasis) but she argued that the drink just needed mixing because of the ice cream mix, which still didn’t make sense to me since the mix is white. I tried asking again but she insisted it was right. Once, driving away, I realized it was missing a couple of the main ingredients, blue raspberry and lime.
