We decided to try this place today for lunch, it being my first Korean food experience as well I was very open minded to everything. The food was good, however the service was absolutely horrible.
Our waitress (who I did not get the name of,regrettably) was extremely unprofessional. We were as nice as possible to this girl and she had some serious negative attitude towards us for no reason at all. She gave us a broken buckled high chair for my toddler so I politely asked for a new chair and explained this one was broken...she gave eye rolls, sighs and snatched the chair away, took our drink orders then came back five minutes later and rudely says, “what do you want.” (As a way of taking our food order), our friend was treating us to lunch and ordered meals...ordered an appetizer as well...all the food came out together, even the appetizer so it was a bit off putting but we looked past it...It upset me she placed SUPER HOT food with hot plates and spicy food on the edge of the table right in front of my toddler and I had to quickly move several items out of his reach and she didn’t care she just kept throwing them in front of him instead of simply placing them in the middle of the table away from the child....we were there eating and chatting for about an hour after food was served and not ONCE did she come over to take empty plates or refill any drinks whatsoever.
I’d like to add, we were the ONLY customers in the place.
Based off of my first experience here I do not think we will be returning. Like I said, the food was good but I have never and do not ever want to be treated like that again.
If this is something management will ever see....since she never introduced herself and I didn’t want to cause conflict by asking for her name...all I have is a description of what she looked like....our waitress was tall, a little heavier set, has long dyed dark blonde hair that she wears in a side braid style and a lower back tattoo that she couldn’t bother to cover up...
Read moreIf I could give this place ten stars, I absolutely would! 😁 I had never tried a Korean barbecue spot before, my husband has in Korea. So we decided to find a place, we chose this one. We went inside, hand sanitized, masks on and were seated immediately. Everything was very clean, quiet and the lady that seated us and gave us our menus was beyond a generous and caring woman! ♥️ We had ordered the BBQ for two, so we had to move tables - the meat & heat was prepared, sides were set down in no less ten minutes and I was helped to know how to cook on the grill. Every couple of minutes the lady that seated us and the other waitress came to help flip the meats while we're grubbing away. 🍖 The food was absolutely amazing, everyone was sweet that works here. I will be coming back, from previous reviews I heard there is a buffet but the buffet is still closed down during this pandemic, either way I loved it here! 😘 Thank you for having us, we...
Read moreI should have gone to Momo's atleast the price match their portion value... I heard this place had food that was good and authentic Korean food, so I ordered to go the Galbi tan and beef Bulgogi for dinner. When I got home and opened the box, the portion of Bulgogi isn't much and had more carrots and the other vegetable in it than meat. their side dish like kimchi and other stuff in the other box wasn't fresh. The rice was soggy and the galbi tan isn't the same that I used to eat back in Korea and Momo restaurant. So atleast we tried, but this was the first and last time. I'll stick to where my family usually...
