Subject: Exceptional Service by Bobby at Logan's Roadhouse

I wanted to take a moment to share my exceptional dining experience at Logan's Roadhouse, all thanks to our outstanding waiter, Bobby.

Bobby's service was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we sat down, he ensured that our drinks were always filled, and he struck the perfect balance of checking in on us just enough, neither too much nor too little. Bobby was incredibly attentive and anticipated our needs effortlessly. He was not just a waiter but also a fantastic conversationalist, seamlessly navigating the unfiltered conversations of my unconventional family members. He fit right in and added a special touch to our dining experience.

Our party arrived in two halves, and Bobby handled the situation with grace and patience. While we waited for the other half of our party, my family explained the humorous story of their pitstop at Best Buy, which Bobby graciously acknowledged.

When it came to settling the bill, we initially planned to split it, but a generous family member offered to cover everyone's tab. I sincerely hope that Bobby received the tip he deserved, and if not, please let me know in the comments below. His service was truly exceptional, and if I had cash on hand, I would have left an even larger tip. Reflecting back, I should have requested a separate check for the most affordable item to add an additional tip.

Bobby embodies the qualities of an exceptional waiter, and he is undoubtedly an asset to your establishment.

Now, regarding the food, I must mention that it was subpar at best. Despite the fantastic service, the steaks were inconsistent in temperature and texture, arriving cold and overcooked for most of our party. My medium-rare steak even came out well-done, with one piece medium well. However, there were some highlights—the salad was excellent, and the homemade ranch dressing was a standout. The French onion soup was good, albeit slightly salty, but I'd order it again if the craving strikes.

Unfortunately, my son's burger was overcooked, and my husband's salmon was considerably overdone, lacking moisture. We were there for my sisters birthday and she was craving a ribeye steak, and hers was cold- though it was the closest to medium rare, per her request.

Bobby, you were exceptional throughout our meal, and although we didn't bring up the food issues during our visit, we hope this feedback reaches the kitchen staff. We dined on October 3rd, and we're inclined to believe it may have been an off night in the kitchen.

Despite the culinary setbacks, our overall experience was enjoyable, largely thanks to Bobby's excellent service. We truly appreciated the time spent with family we don't often get to see.

I had dinner here the day before Father's Day (Sat. 6/18/22) around 3:30pm). I was so looking forward to having prime rib. I'm a huge prime rib fan. Logan's used to have prime rib on weekends only. Nowadays it's only on special occasions (like Father's Day etc). I'd like to think I order mine like most... medium rare. When I received mine, it was well past medium rare. I immediately brought it to my servers attention. She returned a short time later. She informed me that she was told that the prime ribs were cooked the night before, then reheated??? I could not believe my ears. So I asked to speak to the manager. The manager arrived and told me the same thing. All prime ribs were cooked the night before. If that's the case how are you to have it medium rare? This is absolutely nuts and crazy to me, being that Logan's is s "steak house". That being said he I could order another steak, along with another baked potato. Of course I accepted this offer. But it now screws up the whole idea of having dinner with your lady. She eats while you wait for another steak. So I ordered a rib eye. Sorry to say, even though I ordered it medium rare, it was way past medium rare as well. I will say that upon receiving my bill, my dinner was comped, which is nice. But at what cost? My entire Father's Day meal was ruined. What's also bad? I ordered their gift certificates where you buy $50 you get $20 free. I will use up the balance left on my certificate. But following that I see no point in returning to Logan's for Father's Day or any occasion. All I wanted was a prime rib cooked to my choice. I did not get that. By the way....my server was phenomenal. Looking back I wish I had taken pictures of both my steaks. I hope the other dad's on that day were NOT disappointed like I was....

Came here for my birthday this year with my husband. We just moved here from Texas and never been to Logan's before. The restaurant itself is nice kinda of give me spring creek with TGI Fridays kind of vibe. The food was fresh and hot. The one thing that bothered me was we came in about 8:00 they closed at 10pm. The waitress rushed us from the time we got there basically pushing us out the door from the beginning. We sat down she took a little while to come to the table which was fine as we like to get settled in before we order. She comes get our drink order and asked if we wanted any apps to start we said sure gave her that she came back literally 2 minutes after like are you ready to order. We had to send her away maybe 4-5 times because she kept coming back. Finally the app came out she gives us that, we order the food. She did not ask to refill the drink, she is mopping the floor behind us literally. I appreciate clean but it was a bit much seeing as the floor didn't look dirty we were the only ones in that section. So we get our food and eat maybe halfway through she hands us our check and says would you like me to get you some to go boxes. Like we haven't even finished our food or drinks, didn't get the option if we wanted to order more food or drinks. So we just said yes, she gives us the boxes and we literally see her go sit down at a table with her drink and play on or text on her phone. Yea and so we took our food home and at it there it was so uncomfortable. I may give another shot just because the food was good hopefully we get another server because I would never want to feel like I have to rush to eat food I'm paying for and tipping you for.
