McDonald's — Restaurant in Clarksville

I don't honestly know how this restaurant is still open! This is the worst, filthy, most disgusting place I have ever been to! The whole place is nasty! The bathrooms didn't even have toilet paper!! They actually had the McDonald's napkins in the bathroom stall on the trash can for people to use. One toilet was so nasty that it had dried pee on it that had been there for awhile! Every stall has McDonald's napkins in them!! The trash in the dining room was overflowing and they were not busy at all. The lady who was supposed to be cleaning the dining room was mopping the floor but she didn't sweep before mopping so she was mopping and throwing little bits of mud all over the place. The tables were nasty and looked like they had been wiped down with a dirty rag cause you could see where they had wiped over the table but they looked filthy and unsanitary! There was several employees, on break hopefully, that were sitting in the dining room talking to the lady who was pretending to mop and sweep the floor which was sticky and looked worse than before she touched it. I know she didn't sweep before mopping because I was in the dining room and plus you could see the bits of dry mug being slung all over the place. The woman looked like she hated her job and wasn't even pretending to try to clean anything. I wouldn't have eaten the food from there had they given me a free meal! One lady was wearing gloves touching her face, taking orders and then making food. There's so many employees there but all they are doing is standing around talking and making orders but not paying attention to what they were doing. A lady came through drive thru but guess they messed up her order. She came in, very nice and tried explaining what was wrong. Lady was rude and told her that if she didn't have a receipt then they don't have to help her. She had her cold food that was thrown together and sloppily made but they didn't want to help her. Finally a lady snatched her bag from her hands, threw it in the trash and started yelling that she needed this and that and to make sure to make it correctly because they didn't want to have to make it again! When it was done the woman kinda tossed it on the counter and said, "There"! They lady said she wouldn't be back to this McDonald's ever! I don't blame her either and she is brave for eating the food. The floor was filthy everywhere you could see! No one seems like they cared about being there. The night manager is very rude. I would tell people to go to another mcdonald's. They are very slow. They took so long to take my order at the speaker that I pulled up to the window. When I say a long time I waited ten minutes or longer before I pulled up to the window, and when I got to the window the lady said what did you order. I said no one would take my order. She said I can't take it here at the window. You have to order it at the box. She said everyone else had to wait. I can't take your order when I'm backed up. But she was very rude about it. She could of took my order I was the next person in line. I set there just as long as everyone else. I said can I talk to a manager please. She said I am a manager. Then she started talking orders. I set there and finally yelled because she was ignoring me what is the number that I can call that is higher up than you. She would never give it to me. Instead told me if I didn't leave here line she would call the COPS. So I left the line, but was upset. So I decided to get back in the line. Let me tell you if you read this, this far it gets worse. When I got up to order I seen they had a special going on $3 bundle. Mcdouble, small fries, and large coke $3. When the manager rang me up she said $4.28. When I pulled up to the window I said it was a $3 bundle. She said the mcdouble and small fries are $3. When I got my receipt just like I was telling her she OVER CHARGED me. So I feel like she did it on purpose. Then when I got up to the window where I pick up my food I asked for the mangers name. Before the girl would give it to me she went to go ask if she could give it to me. She came back saying sorry we give out that personal information. And I said yes you can if a customer wants to file a complaint. And they were trying to BS me at the window where I got my food that when I got home my food was ice cold. They first tired to say they had to make tea. I said I didn't order tea. Then they tired to hand me a spirit when I ordered a coke. I really just don't know what else to say. If you go I hope you have a better experience and don't get ripped off, and get old cold food. O ya let's not leave this part out all this took ABOUT AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES TO GET MY OLD COLD FOOD!!! Order was placed online, I made it to restaurant 10-5 minutes before closing of Dining room,, Yet I found the doors to be locked with 3 or so. Employees fooling around where I can see them In the dining area. As I paid for this online only option was wait in a long drive through. By time I got up to the window The young lady there had to get off her cell phone as she was texting or fooling around on it. And she tried charging $8 for an order. That was not mine and I explained to her. I just said I'm an online order. Then I question why the dining room was closed early. Her response was not enough employees. All I said was odd as I saw 3 or so fooling around. Up in the dining room area. At that point she became belligerent and said. Do I want an application? I should have responded, no thank you. I've worked for McDonald's back in the 1980s as a teenager. And that behavior would not have been acceptable. But I kept that to myself. She goes back to texting on Her phone. Yes, there was a line ahead of me moving slowly I was not able to pull up and she comes back to the window and asked. Do I want that application or not? Well, at this point, I'm not happy. Before I could say anything she walks away towards where they prepare food. And kept coming around the corner to see if I was still there waiting to move up in line. At this point I felt that it was not a good idea to accept food. When lady try handing me food. I asked. Is there a manager on duty? She said that she was, and the lady next to her was. I ask may i please have a refund. I did not get into my reasonings. Because there's a long line behind me. No sense holding everybody else up. Refund was given. And at this point, to be all honest. I cannot see me ever going back to that McDonald's. And that's a shame because that is only a block and a 1/2 away from my house. If this was the only incident from that particular location, I can write it off. But there has been multiple times things have not been as good as I know it should be. And I would hope not as good as management. At this McDonald's...
