Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Clawson

I ordered for delivery at 3:03pm, it was marked as delivered at 3:41pm - however my order has still not been delivered and it is 3:56pm as I write this. To preface, I am 2 miles from the Clawson Jimmy Johns- I am tied up with work today and 8 months pregnant which is the ONLY reason I did not go get this myself. I called the store and said my order was marked as delivered but it has definitely not been. The manager was on the phone and told me it just left the store. I said it has been almost an hour and it is marked as delivered, why is this? She advised the time that I said on the tracker when they received the order which displayed 3:03pm, was not until 3:11pm. Not sure why she felt the need to correct me, it is their tracker I am looking at I was not making this up and 8 minutes makes what sort of difference, what point was she trying to prove by correcting me? It is now 4pm as I am still writing this and my order is STILL not here. This store is NOT "freaky fast" nor do they have any empathy when they have left a customer hanging for this long. I will not be ordering from here again. Very VERY poor customer service. I attached my Jimmy Tracker for reference since the MANAGER challenged me on that for I am not sure what reason or point she was...

This used to be my saved Jimmy John's location now it Sucks!!!! Terrible staff. The last time I ordered from here I ordered a beach club which is the same as a turkey Tom but with avocado and it cost about a dollar more just for avocado and they gave me about a tea spoon worth. They would not fix the order or give me my money back. The time before that I asked her an Italian night club & Beach Club the guy repeated to me a beach club with sauce and I said no and Italian night club and a Beat Club we did this about three times until he finally said Italian night club is called sauce well I've never heard of that it doesn't say it on your menu so I'm sorry I don't know your lingo I ended up telling them I would go somewhere else because as a customer he was treating me like...

Hello JJ Owner,

I ordered 2 sandwiches online for pickup in person. The sandwiches I ordered was #12 Beach Club and Slim 5+Bacon - upon picking up the sandwiches and driving home my wife opened up the #12 Beach Club and they FORGOT the actual Turkey on the sandwich. I call the store and they agree to make it again, go back and come home. Now this was my mistake I didn't check to see if the Slim 5 was correct and NOPE they also forgot the Meat on this along with the added Bacon ($8 up charge). Needless to say my experience was horrible and when calling the store they gave me attitude about my order, and more mad when I called back the second time.
