I ordered on line for pick up. I paid on line but didn't get a confirmation so I went to store to see what was going on. The female working at this store said they turned off on- line ordering because there was only two of them. She turns on the on-line ordering and tells me it should go through within minutes. We'll it doesn't go through so I ask them how do I cancel and reorder but unfortunately they can't do anything because no order came through. So I call card and they tell me I have to wait till the pending status on charge ends and the money would be returned. This could take 9 days to get money back. All this because the store decided to turn off there on-line ordering because there was only two of them. When I went into store they had no orders and it was a Monday so why they needed to turn off their on-line ordering is beyond me but it is their business so they can do whatever they want. This is the last issue I have with this store. Two orders in the past were incorrect and they didn't offer to fix either mistake all they said at those times when I called back was "what do you want me to do about it" I will go to the Aston store from now on, they don't make these mistakes and treat their...
Read moreI placed an order from them through Door Dash, and I believe a Door Dash delivery guy cancelled out on deliverying my order but then grabbed it anyway.
When the 2nd assigned Delivery guy arrived, he was told it was already picked up...and he texted that info to me.
When a 3rd Delivery person was assigned, I called Primos and they confirmed it had been picked up...but they agreed to remake my order, and it was delivered by the 3rd Door Dash driver.
The Turkey Diablo was great tasting and filling, along with their tasty Potato Salad.
So, good food AND good service!

Read moreToday April 3rd 5:36pm. It was a lady with grey ponytail and glasses. VERY RUDE. I walked in for my order and I spoke she said nothing, I was forced after my 3 times speaking. She then looked at the order (bag and receipt on it) with my name and made me spell it out which is fine but then made me repeat it 3 times as well. She told them me it will be a while. I’m waiting for nothing because after the younger lady was done she came and gave me the older that been sitting there whole time. I asked for had it been done and older lady said “yes” so basically she had me waiting for nothing. I just felt she was rude from beginning and made me wait for nothing. I work at hospital and me and co workers will never come here again. Not giving my money to rude people like her ! Think it was a race thing...
