UPDATE: AGAIN tried this location, found a black hair entangled in my taco meat :( my husband is blonde and I have red hair....I threw up....so gross. So officially, NEVER trying this place again.
UPDATE 4-5-23 decided to stop by today around 2pm and try out the "newly built" taco bell and give it a chance. the only thing that has changed is the building is new. Because the service or lack of, is still terrible. I was at the drive thru order speaker and sat there for 6 min while NO ONE said anything. I finally said "Hello, is anyone there" and was about to drive off and he was like, we will be right with you. They weren't that busy mind you, because I pulled right up to the speaker, no cars to wait behind (there were a few in line for their orders that had been placed) I proceed to wait two minutes (we are at 7 min now) and I just left after I saw/heard them actually taking another car's order at the second order speaker (that car had pulled up minutes after me...) so yeah, NO IMPROVEMENT in service, just a shinier new package to look at. Update 2021
Still as slow, rude and terrible quality food as my review 4 years ago.... ZERO improvement.
Terrible, nasty Taco Bell in ALL aspects. This location needs an employee cleanse. Get rid of the unconcerned, barely doing their job current ones and hire better employees in their place. Wrong orders, food is usually messed up or poorly made, customer service doesn't exist and the district manager of this, should pay...
Read moreI’ve gone to this location over the last 2 years, and today was the final straw. I got a meal and asked for a supreme taco. I have modified my food order before and they have literally never gotten it right when it’s modified, but I usually don’t like making a fuss. Today, the crunchy taco supreme was not supreme. They charge $1.40 for a little sour cream and a spoonful of diced tomato, so I checked the taco at the drive thru, then politely handed it back and told the cashier it wasn’t supreme. The cashier, who is very accurate with ringing people up, but tries to rush people through the line and talks to people at the window while also being keyed up at the order screen, hands the taco to a kitchen worker. 5 seconds later, she tells me that it did have sour cream and tomato, and it was just under the cheese (it most definitely was not). So they give me my taco back 20 seconds after that, but as revenge for me calling them on their mistake, they crushed the taco in the wrapper, so it wasn’t even edible as a taco. It was just crushed up ingredients smeared all over the inside of the wrapper because they aren’t mature enough to humbly fix their mistake. And if they’re willing to do that, they’re capable of doing some pretty terrible things to their food.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about customer service or food...
Read moreWife and I stopped here on Sunday, 10/27/24 after church, 1:15 PM. Had not been here but once when they first opened over a year ago. We ordered on their kiosk and selected pay with cash. Kiosk directed us to the register to pay. A gentleman was standing there and said he had paid for his & wife's order at least 15 minute earlier. He finally got one of the two or three folks working on food prep to come to assist him. The guy, I assume the daytime manager, went back, found his order and said he was going to work on it immediately. He never looked at me standing at the register. So, since I had not paid my cash, the wife and I left and drove to McDonalds where we ate in and got our meals immediately. Sad state of affairs when these fast food places don't insure that they have enough workers so they can actually provide fast service. Noon time on a Sunday is a busy time for fast food customers. This Taco Bell is doomed to fail. Paying their employees more to work for them should be a solution. Culver's, which is about 1 mile away, doesn't seem to have a lack of employee's. Every time we have been to Culver's they have many employee's working and you don't have to wait forever...
