I'd like to share my experience with the scorching summer atmosphere. Today, I decided to stop by Ziggi's Coffee shop in Clayton, next to Clayton Fitness. I ordered a 20 oz. Matcha Latte and asked for a daily free milk instead of whole milk. I think the price for 20 oz. Is around $6.75, but when I got to the drive-through window, they told me it was $8.59. I think to myself, wow, that's the most expensive Matcha Latte. Maybe, just the taxes are expensive. So, I asked why it is $8.59 when the 20 oz. Matcha Latte is only $6.00 something... So, the Employee told me he has to add an extra $.75 for a daily free milk, which he never told me. Humm, Other coffee shops I've been to never charge for a daily free milk. Well, conclusion, I probably won't go back to this place again, they need to be clear about what the charges are for extra. I don't recommend this place for a short stop coffee is you want something simple, as I can go around Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks a lot cheaper and taste better. Oh, the Macha Latte that I ordered, it's so super sweet, I feel like drinking frozen ice cream.
That's all I have to say about this place, now, I know why they don't have many...
Read moreFirst day there was okay. The second was not. The workers were fine, but cold vanilla bee chai's got watered down, while waiting for the two hot latte's to be made, which weren't as hot as other places. Then, when they were handed to me, they had no more trays available, so I had to get out of my car to put down the trays in the back of the car down, to fit four drinks. With three other coffee places within 1.5 miles ( Boulevard, Scooter's & Starbucks), I find no reason to return to Ziggi's again. To be fair, I would have complained straight to Ziggi's, but there are no available comment outlets available for this store. So here I am on here.
Finally, (1) bad location to exit onto the main road from, (2) no seating( unless you like outside in 40 degree weather, (3) No drive up menu, just a hand out, that has no prices, (4) the place is underwhelming. There are two many places, serving coffee around here, that actually care about their quality, and customers, to waste your...
Read moreThe first time we went to Ziggi’s during their grand opening we were soo amazed how good the coffee was. Everything was perfect. Second time was good too but not as good as the first time. We waited a few weeks to try again. Last 3 times they messed up our drinks… very bitter coffee with no flavor. We then decided to wait again maybe it was just a fluke… today I sent my boyfriend on a special trip into town because I was dying for a fireside latte… it takes us 20 minutes to get into town. He got my coffee home… it was gross. The barista didn’t add ANYYYYYY FLAVORING or sweetness at all. And I paid for EXTRA FLAVORING because the last time was bitter. This drink tastes like half and half diluted with a little coffee. Nothing is more infuriating than bad coffee especially when you go all the way into town… please...
