Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Clearfield

I came here at 4:45 on a Thursday night. There were 2 cars ahead of me waiting to have their order taken. 30 minutes later... they finally are taking my order. The staff was indifferent and seemed completely bored. There was no apology or explination for the wait. I get up to the window and get a similar treatment. So after almost 40 minutes I finally have my drinks... then another 5 minutes later they say they don't have any fríes ready and I will need to pull around and wait. I can see through the Windows that the staff seems to be moving at a snails pace as if unaware of the now 5 car line in the drive through, behind me another 5 minutes later I finally get my food. So at what's considered to be a fast food restaurant I have wanted a total of 50 minutes... i gave one more star only because the food was hot and very good otherwise this would be a one...

A $9.99 combo comes out to $13.58 when only adding waffle fries which are $1 extra. I got a medium drink and no cheese, so why does the sign say $9.99 ($10.99 in my case) if you upcharge that much?! Seriously, did the drink alone add an additional $2 just because it was a medium?

I greatly dislike dishonesty, especially in a business.

Good service but also why do we have to pull around in the drive thru? Seriously, there was only me and I still have to pull around, that's the most ridiculous thing. You just make the employees work harder and make the customers lose the ability to request things at the window and put us in the line of sun so we sit there with it in our eyes...

Probably won't be going to CJ's again,...

Terrible customer service. I'll never visit this location again. They close at 9:00 PM on Sunday, which is understandable, but when you're already in the drive-thru, and they close while you've been waiting 5 minutes for the cars in front of you, who they did serve... what poor customer service.

Every other time I've visited this location, I'm asked to pull up and wait, but apparently not when they're closing. No, they'll hold up the line of cars while they have a conversation with their "last" customer of the night about how they're closed. There were also two other cars behind me. I'll I got is a "we're closed now" and a 15 minute wait while they bs with their last...
