This place is a disaster.
I've come here three times, and they have messed my order up every single time. I only get to-go orders and the only thing I get is the triple dipper with an occasional chips and salsa every now and then. How they mess these things up is mind blowing
The first time this place made a mistake: I pick my to-go order up and get home, only to find my dressings (bleu cheese and the southwest eggroll toppings) weren't in there. None of them. So I called and complained and the person said they would send me a certificate of cash value to me to make things right. 2 months later, still nothing.
The second bad experience I had at this place: I order triple dipper again but this time with chips and salsa. Well they got the dressings right, but forget my salsa for my chips. My chips went untouched the night. I never called in complained because as I've learned from the first experience, nothing gets done.
The third time I have a bad experience: I arrive at the chili's to get my food and I walk up to the bar. They are closing in the next half hour. I ask for my order and the bartender says that there is no order placed under my name. I said what about a triple dipper?? They told me, "Nope, no triple dipper order had been put in." I said, "You've got to be kidding me." They said, "We can place the order now and get it out to you quickly." I told them to forget it. I was so mad. But I did ask to speak with the gentleman who placed my order, and figure out what the heck was going on in this guys head to just completely forget. Shoot, they have wasted my time again and again. Well first, they said a person doesn't work here by that name, and then they proceed to tell me that he does work there and that he worked earlier in the day time, and got off at 5pm (which means he has been gone for 5 hours). I left and went to Chili's in Largo off of Eastbay just so I didn't spend money supporting that particular business.
This place is an absolute joke. Management needs to step up, retrain individuals, get rid of the bad apples (probably the entire squad). These three orders are over a span of 4-5 months and it just doesn't get any better than this for...
Read moreFirst off I will say this. I'm not a fan of chilli's , so my expectations were already low. My friend loves chilli's. She only ate some of the tostados chips,(really salty) that was part of her rewards. She ate her soup, which was not bad. She had an order of boneless wings, it came with some in a basket and some laying next to it on the plate. (I feel it could have just been a bigger basket or have them all on a plate, but I do not know the procedure). She had two cups ranch that came with it, however there was a big glob of ranch on the plate, under the ranch cups and celery. Like someone literally pour ranch onto the plate. Again, I do not know the process but I don't think any order is suppose to come with dressing just on the plate under two actual cups of ranch. And she ordered some Cajun pasta stuff, which was cold. So she didn't eat it. My order, got the triple decker appetizers thing, boneless wings big bites and chicken crisper. Wasnt too happy. My chicken crisper things I feel could have been cooked longer. The inside of the coating was a little slimy (doughy). My boneless wings were a little dry, low sauce amount but I made do with it. When waitress came by and asked how everything was, I started talking about the cold pasta and before I finished saying it and about everything else, she walks away. I will give benefit of the doubt that maybe she was paged on headset. However, she never returned to our table so follow up on what's wrong. We were there for at least 10 more minutes. Another waitress, while walking past asked if we were done with the stuff on the table. We requested boxes and paid for everything on the machine at the table. Still did not run into our waitress prior to us leaving. So, ultimately, me and my friend agree that we will not be going to that location again. I may not have much expectations for chilli's, but as someone who gives all restaurants and staff a fair chance, I'll say, this experience was very below average. Need...

I’m understanding during these trying pandemic changes; however the staff needs to be better mannered.
There were 2 of us and were told it would be approx 25 min wait. No problem. We asked if we could go have a drink at the bar while we wait, Horst said sure I’ll come get you when your seat is ready.
Approach the bar, the bar tender said just a moment I have to clean the bar ( prior customers were sitting there) understood! We seat ourselves on the barstool, not touching the bar mind you. She comes over to clean it and states, “ next time don’t sit until I’ve cleaned it”! We kindly apologized for not realizing we weren’t allowed to sit. She wasn’t cleaning the barstools so not sure why the issue. Moving on..
We had our drink and the host comes over to say we can be seated, but need to pay our tab first. No problem. Had to interrupt the bar tender from talking to do so. Couldn’t get the self pay machine to work properly, so we needed her assistance again. Wait! We had to interrupt her again and get her attention for some assistance. Should have left at that point.
Waitress seemed really nice, but not attentive at all! Waited forever for everything! Not one time did she ask us how our food was after it was delivered from a runner. Long story short because the issues really do continue......
My burger was the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life! Greasy as heck, bun and all. Took it out of the bread squeezed it in several napkins to remove some grease... still no one ever asked how my food was...
