Stay away from here......Unfortunately, the day before I had to fly to Europe I broke my screen. I came here to have it replaced.

The guy working there said it would be 45 min. I said ok, I'd be back to. I came 45min later but my phone was still broken and apart. He told me that when he was replacing the screen he accidentally broke their last black screen cover (my iPhone is black). Since he knew I was flying to Europe the next morning he suggested that he puts the white screen on and when I came back from Europe to stop by and he would than put the correct one. I said, no problem - it makes sense.

But during my trip I could hardly work the phone because touchscreen wasn't working properly. I wrote to them about it, and figured it can happen to anyone -when they put the black screen on, I am sure it will be fixed. Boy was I WRONG.

I came back from Europe and called them to come in for the black screen. They said just to stop by. I stopped by but he didn't have black screen in stock and he said he would call me when they got it in.

Week passed - no one called me. So I called them and they said come in in two days & we'll have it for you.

I came in and figured it would be an easy swap -- NOPE!!!! The guy literally (I am not exaggerating) looked at the white screen I had to try and find a scratch. Sprayed it, wiped it, sprayed it wiped it. I was SHOCKED.

I asked him what he was looking for -- he said "any scratch" because if the screen had a scratch he couldn't take it back and I had to pay for it. That made no sense to me because there is a normal wear and tear that happens and these screens are never the same after being used for few days. I understand if I had dropped the phone, had major scratches, or damage -- but to look and try to find something for literally 20min is a bit much.

Alas, he was able to find only scratch ~6 millimeters long. It was extremely difficult to see and I took a picture of it -- I am attaching it to this review for your reference. And he wanted me to pay for the new screen.

I couldn't believe it -- they broke the screen and are the reason I am there and had to use the white screen. I asked to speak to a manager, who then decided to not charge me for the new screen. The person at the store then proceeded to replace the screen, but sadly this screen, like the first one, does not function properly.

The touch is not right and for example when I touch Like button on Facebook - option to block the person comes up. Or my phone rings I try to answer it but I can't. Often my screen is just not responsive like it's not a touch screen at all. There are million issues like this and the only way to fix them is to restart my phone. So every day I restart my phone many times!!!

But if this wasn't bad enough -- what was really disappointing was their customer service. The guy that works there is like a robot. He has ZERO emotion expressions. It's like talking to a wall.

What I couldn't believe while he was working on my phone for about 2-3 hours (yup, I was stuck there that long) 5 different people came in. (After the second person I started counting them.) He did NOT acknowledge or say hi to ANY of them. They all just stood at the counter -- watched him work for few minutes waiting to get acknowledged. He wouldn't' say a word and they just left. I couldn't believe it - if it was my shop I'd feel like I was watching money walk out the door.

Besides that, when I saw this behavior and how rude he was to me and also to find out if I had to pay for the new screen - I wanted to talk to the manager. I asked him, but he wouldn't allow me to talk to him directly. He said I could't bother him because it's his day off. But it was ok if he talked to him. So I am literally watching this guy talk to manager and I am not able to say anything to explain what's happening. Then I asked for managers name and he said he couldn't give me that information.

They are not cheap. They are not good. They are not friendly. This place sucks. I see no reason to go there. Save your money, time...

The screen was broken on my iPhone 6S and since I'm about to get the iPhone 11 soon I didn't want to pay a lot to fix it. Not only was their price the lowest, but he had it fixed within the hour... however the next day my phone started having problems. My phone has always worked perfectly until now. Now the phone turns off like the battery is dead when it's charged. The phone will say the battery is fully charged and one minute later it will say the battery is on 10% and about to die. I'll hear someone calling, but then the phone will freeze and won't show whose calling on the screen or it will turn the phone off completely. I repeat MY PHONE HAS NEVER HAD THESE ISSUES BEFORE. Even when the screen was broken and the phone was functional, it didn't have these problems. Once I got the screen replaced it suddenly started having problems it has never had in all the months I’ve owned it.

Edit; This review was originally 5 stars as I reviewed them within hours after the screen was repaired. I had no choice but to change my review since the phone has functioned progressively worse every single day from the day the screen was repaired. I also must make it clear this phone is only months old bought brand new by my ex for me. The phone has NEVER malfunctioned once. The only issue I ever had with this phone is the screen eventually blacked out because it cracked after it slide off my lap (about a 2 foot fall) despite having a glass screen protector on it. It was even functional for a few days and worked perfectly WITH the cracked screen. Once the screen started to fall apart the phone went black and that evening I brought in the phone to have the screen repaired. Earlier that day the phone was still working perfectly, with no battery issues. I was told to bring this phone in... again... but I refuse to pay more money to fix a phone that I’m replacing with an iPhone 11 in a few weeks. I repeat I’ve never had an issue with this phone, the fact that it “couldn’t” be tested is irrelevant. The phone is only months old, has never had power or battery problems UNTIL the screen was replaced. Just to type this review I have to keep the phone on a charger. I’m now having to keep the phone attached to a power source in my car, at home, and at work all day. If I use a battery draining app like YouTube without having it plugged in the phone will die within minutes. Whatever the issue is the phone is getting worse and worse and I’m not going to lie on a review. I’m giving my genuine experience and I’m sorry that this is the experience I had as I would have recommended them before this occurrence. They did offer me to bring it in, but I’d rather deal with it then pay more to fix it again. They did a great job on the screen, but I wish this was not the outcome. Had a great experience here! Conor and the guy with the beard (sorry forgot his name) were both very knowledgeable and accurate with there time frame on the repair of my Samsung kids tab 3. I went in on the 18th of Dec and asked him if it was possible to get it repaired by the 24th, mind you i needed screen replaced and charging port also replaced and both parts needed ordering, he said possibly but couldn't make any guarantees. Needless to say i got it in time for Christmas with the screen fixed and charging! I paid 120$ for both repairs. Every other place i took it to was charging for the screen repair 80$-100$ bucks and asking 80$-100$ to repair the charging port not only that, they told me it would take 7 to 10 buisness days to fix, and most of them told me to just get a new one which sure that's not a problem except for I'm still gonna have a broken tablet laying around with a 60$ dollar otter box case that it was not in at the time of it being damaged. obviously. kids! what are you gonna do. Anyway the guys at my broken phone have a new happy customer that I'm sure will be seeing alot more of at the countryside location in Clearwater.
