I’m less than 24 hours from leaving for my wedding and I will not have a wedding band. Expectations that were set were not met and I’m beyond frustrated, upset at the situation. I don’t think it’s okay to have to wait until 24 hours before deadline to see the finish product. All that was provided was a preliminary AutoCAD which is okay when I was told a mold would also be provided to see how I liked it. Which never happened and I didn’t even get to see the color of stone prior to now. So why am I expected to have to settle and there is no way to fix it prior to tomorrow.

To note: he may have rendered three AutoCADs and I was provided two initial designs to choose from and that’s it with AutoCADs. I didn’t ask for any others because if a mold was being provided Phone calls were few and included a week before the deadline calling about ordering stones and when do I need this by. Noting there wasn’t enough time to make changes on the final; that’s on Paul. He knew the timeline back on 8/26 and at anytime could have said I have family, medical, whatever excuse to deal with and can’t complete this. Totally would have understood. And no calls were made the week before the deadline until we called 72 prior to when we were leaving. And I called just to say I was done and just wanted my ring - then the urgency changed. At this point nothing by this company or Paul can say to justify or rectify situation...

I don't think I have been anywhere where I have been treated so well! They were endlessly patient, looking through every piece of jewelry to tell me what it was/quality/etc. I had a lot of items, as I was going through all of my mom's stuff. They were so considerate and caring with regard to that and how hard it can be to go through a loved one's stuff. They even took the time to show me some things about how they determine stone quality and if it is man made or natural - it was really neat! On top of that, they repaired a pair of earrings and sized down a ring for me and did a BEAUTIFUL job. The pieces are very special and have so much sentimental value and they clearly treated them with the utmost care. They looked brand new when I got them back and everything was done in a very timely manner! Their prices are also fantastic - I was so surprised when I found out the total for the pieces I needed repaired/resized and had expected it to be much more. I will NEVER go to any other jeweler as long as they are here. Amazing people, amazing work,...
