Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Clearwater

So I'm not sure why, but I just stopped by there on june 30 at like 3:30 in the afternoon and I thought wow I'm lucky cause I didn't have to wait long, I tried starting up a conversation with the woman working there, but really all I got was an I could care less attitude, when she did ask me, it's how, and literally said so what you want, like Okay? So when I asked her for the 2 piece combo in spicy, she said, " there's no spicy" . She didn't say why or even say anything remotely kind and not once did she even look up at me , or even acknowledge me she just kept staring down and when she did say something to me she had her back turned and talked so low I couldn't even hear her. I was polite said thank you but literally her I could care less attitude was less than inviting, I wouldn't be able to tell you who she was because her name tag had no name. She didn't greet me with anything like, hi how are you? I was waiting for some jalopeno poppers to finish but when I saw and heard the same woman who just finished with me , but this girl had a spark in her step and her tone was much kinder with the gentleman after me and then I'm not sure maybe she does not like white folks cuz the woman working there was an African American woman like I said I don't know what her name is seeing how her name tag was blank so. Yea I won't be going back to that location until I see something change cause I don't tolerate racism in ANY FORM and if she thinks a white person can't tell when they aren't wanted she's mistaken her attitude gave me the impression that she would prefer I don't come back.. So yea something should change about who this company is putting in charge of customer service cuz she sucked royally and the only reason it even has one star is cause it would not let me post this unless I put something but really they don't deserve any.. and so I guess she could careless about putting down fresh chicken cause the chicken was horrible the only thing that was fresh was the poppers the biscuit and the chicken and even the soda didn't taste good at all.. and you know church's use to rock big time but this...

I would like my entire order cancelled. I called the store and spoke with I believe larkeisha about missing items from my Uber eats delivery. Instead of helping me she said in a Sassy voice, 1st of all there is a - sign in front of the item, you didn’t order this item I said I am looking at the receipt, she decided to loud talk me and I asked her why she was being so ghetto? She said she wasn’t ghetto and if I was missing the item I could have it if that’s what I wanted. I asked her to speak to her manager and she gave me more lip and then hung up on me when I said you are acting so ghetto. I called back and she answered so I asked to speak to the manager which she said she was. I said ok, you know what, since you won’t let me speak to the manager, I’m on my way and I hung up. Got on my Uber app and request a refund for my missing stuff. Maybe thirty minutes later someone is banging on my door, it’s the cops saying I threatened to come and shot up the place over a missing item. I’m a soooooo pissed to be lied on just so she could cover her butt knowing she was wrong how she treated me as a customer. I want a full refund. The food is on my stove because it was under cooked and I couldn’t eat it. I originally tried to give this location a good review even before I checked my food because I know the food chain is struggling, but I see why. They’ve lost a customer for life. I just can’t fathom why she’d lie so hard and send the cops to my home. This could’ve probably gotten me evicted or something. I will be pursuing to the fullest degree of the law for deformation of character. She flat out lied and I want an apology and all...

We visited Clearwater, FL from New Jersey for a weekend getaway. While there it started a heavy rain and we were hungry and looking for a quick bite to eat.... Although I wanted to go to a moderately upgraded family restaurant like Applebees, Carabbas ,etc. etc. my wife saw Churches Fried Chicken and remembered how good it was in Puerto Rico. So we pulled into the lot and my wife changed her mind when she saw the dirty windows.. but I was hungry and gave them the benefit of the doubt... dirty windows... big deal. Well, It turned out to be the absolute worst fast-food experience we've ever had. I really can't believe how bad it was. For starters, they didn't have buns, so you could not get ANY "sandwich" . . . then there was no "honey" packets.. There were so many things they answered "no" to, that I cannot even remember everything. We waited super long to get our order, all the other customers were gone.. We did see our two "boxes" stacked behind the counter but apparently they were waiting for the last part of the order to be completed. So I asked if we could just have the two boxes so we can start eating... it has been about 20 minutes since we ordered. The young lady asked "... were you gonna eat in our dining room? ooh I'm sorry, our dining room is closing"... great. To her credit, she did change her mind and let us eat in the "dining room"... dirty, dirty, dirty... opened the food.. the chicken strips were barely done and my chicken nuggets looked like dead bugs. It was horrendous... I forced the strips down and we left in the pouring rain... the worst ever. ...
