I've had numerous issues with this particular store and have yet to post a public review, normally opting to resolve them through a store or corporate complaint. Unfortunately, being a franchised location there is only so much corporate can do. The last time I ordered online for delivery, I was quoted about 35 minutes for delivery. I called the store after about 45 minutes to check on it and was assured it was on the way. It arrived right at 65 minutes at which point the food (wings) were cold. The driver dropped my sauce on my doorstep as the food was not bagged as it typically is when I order at the corporate East Bay location (unfortunately, they don't deliver to my location). Rather than waiting another 65 minutes I accepted the loss and contacted corporate to let them know of my experience. Being a franchised location I was advised that the store would contact me within 3 days. I received a call and was offered a $20 dollar store credit which I needed to call to use rather than order online. Given my past numerous awful experiences I decided to give it one last go. I called my order in (which took almost close to 10 minutes given the person on the phone had not the slightest clue what they were doing) and ordered 2 Large 3 Topping pizzas which were $7.99 as I saw online. They informed me incorrectly that this was online only, it says online that it is not. I advised them this and was still quoted much more. I again advised in-store and they refused to honor the price even after showing the person I talked to the online coupon. I accepted the order anyway as I was hungry and realized the person on the other end of the counter couldn't effectively comprehend their own store specials. Upon arriving home, one of the pizzas had the wrong sauce after going through the order with this individual no less than three times over the phone. On top of that, the other pizza had a hair on it that certainly could not have been my own as I washed my hands thoroughly prior and opened the box and transferred the pizza to a plate immediately. There is no use in writing another corporate complaint as there isn't a snowball's chance in hell that I will ever accept food from this...
   Read moreI would say 1 star but the evening manager on duty was fantastic. We ordered over the phone at 9pm. We told the person on the phone numerous times that we had the rewards program and enough points for a free pizza but was ignored. We went to the grocery store then went to pick up our pizza and fries. We saw them in the case and the guy told us our total. We asked about the rewards program and he said to hold on while he asked his manager. He came back stared at a piece of paper for a few minutes then told us it was for online purchases only. We didn't know and thought the commercial said online, over the phone, or through the app. So we asked to cancel it and redo it over the app and we would just take the one in the case. Even though we could clearly see our pizza and fries in the hot case he said our pizza was just coming out right then and there. We thought that was strange. He said everything would be ready once I ordered from the app. He walked away threw some fries in the fryer and walked away. At 10pm some other guy came over with a box of pizza and fries and gave us the total for the fries. My friend asked for the fries to be free because we originally ordered at 9 and no one told us we had to wait for all fresh stuff to be made. We just wanted good and to go home. He got the manager and she was super nice and helpful. She gave my friends a credit on their account. I was out of state and she said she wouldn't be able to credit my account which was fine. She was really really nice and accommodating. She let us have our fries for free and we left. A little while later I received a call from the same manager that she made a few calls and my points for the free pizza would also be credited to my account as well.    Read moreI ordered pizza through the website, went into the store to pick up after dealing with traffic to get there the person at the counter looked up my order I said 4 personal pans right there in the warmer. Told me those were not mine. Waited another 10 minutes then he looked at the tag on the boxes and said sorry they were mine. Got home and 1 pizza wasn't what we ordered. Called the store and Justin the manager said I could drive back over and they would remake. I said no I would like a refund as I can not eat the ingredients on the pizza and did not want to drive in traffic again. He barked I would eventually get it and immediately hung up on me. Giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe we got disconnected I called back to be hung up on immediately without a hello several times. Called from my daughter's phone (same area code) and did the same thing. Finally got through with another phone number asked for the manager and after 7 minutes Justin got on the phone yelling that I had been refunded and he did not have time to deal with me. I told him he did not have to be rude and hang up which he did once again while I was still speaking. I will be contacting corporate as they should know what kind of person is representing their company as someone in charge.
