It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Clearwater

Craving wings saw an ad for IJW, if it's just wings, there will be no messing them up since the name tells of their specialty...I concur with another reviewer who mentions these were the worst wings they had in life.

They were flavorless (as a matter of fact the flavor I asked for was not on wings as they were naked). They were dry. The curly fries were too crispy (couldn't bite or chew). I discarded more than half of my food. I did call the store with no answer...I did complete the survey and reported my experience.

Not only the quality of food was horrible, I ordered curbside, checked in, informed them which spot I was in and nothing...15 - 20 mins (possibly longer) later I am still waiting, I go inside and wait. Not one person said to any of us standing at the To-Go counter, someone will be with you shortly. As I was about to give up the server presents my food.

What I do understand is staffing shortages but what I don't understand is thoughtless employees (managers, leads etc), I paid you for a service and I am highly disappointed my money was wasted on this knock-off place.

I enjoy Chili's but this spin-off is not going to do well serving entrees as such that I and countless others have experienced.

16 wings and fries for almost $20. Great deal. Totally worth the money if eating for two ppl. But there were two big issues: -After reading the reviews prior to ordering, I took a chance even though others said about the wings being undercooked. And sadly, I agree. Normally, I eat all the meat on my wings but due to redness n pink, I could force myself to eat it all. I hate my food being pink or undercooked. -the traditional medium sauce, the wings were basically naked. Could have used more sauce. That was disappointing. The honey Chipotle sauce was delicious though. -After checking in in my to go parking spot, I waited for about 10 mins for someone to show up to see what I wanted. I assume they were very busy.

I did call the store to see how long they take to cook the chicken. Not nearly long enough in my opinion. I was offered a refund but I declined since it wouldn't do much to make me...
