Weird experience. I get a Togo order and the girl behind the counter hands me the bag. I then ask for the two cups for my teas. Before she will hand them she checks the ticket to make sure I paid for them and gave me a very weird look. Once she sees I did pay for them she b lines to the tea to make them instead of just handing them, like there was something to steal over there. Of course she only half reads the ticket and doesn't read that I ask for no ice because I don't want them to water down on my drive home. I take them anyways with the ice. I then ask for a small bag for some of the complimentary muffins. She then replies, are they on the ticket too? I told her no, I never add them because they are complimentary and I've been here countless times. So I just say no problem and go straight to a manager and ask the same question. He replies "of course" and as he turns around another manager ask if he can help and I said, he's grabbing me a small bag for the muffins. The second manager also said, no problem and actually hands me the bag before the other manager can beat him to it. Really not a big deal, but then I get home and my kids are missing their honey mustard and both chocolate milks, which my daughter was very excited for. I would have not left a review until I get home and have to disappoint my kids because someone wants to read a ticket to assure I'm not stealing tea but not read it entirely to make sure my order...
Read moreOrdered online to pick up. The best part was ordering through the website. Received a confirmation that my order would be ready at 12:57 pm. Arrived at 12:59 p.m. dining area was about half full, checked the pick-up spot, nothing there. Stood around the counter waiting and took a seat waiting. Ended up waiting 20 more minutes 1:22 pm (still no acknowledgment by anyone that works there). I spoke to whom i think was the manager (he was very dismissive and wouldn't make eye contact) he asked me "the name" while looking in the opposite direction. Grabbed a bag and set it in front of me. Then he ran back to the line. As I checked my order, I noticed I was missing 2 items and asked the person at the register about it he was very helpful. Then I left and went home. Upon unpacking my entire meal, I realized that I was still missing one item (due to the previous interactions with "the manager") he was successful in making sure I wouldn't "bother him" anymore. Food quality was decent, but the portions for what I spent $52 plus gave them an extra $10 tip (online and no way to adjust this after what was an exceptionally poor interaction). Read moreI have been a loyal customer of Jason’s deli since 2009. Are used to order from your store in fair Lakes Virginia where I never had any issues and had the ultimate customer experience.
Since moving to Palm Harbor Florida I have ordered from Jason’s Deli one time. This delivery was made on February 19, 2020 and the minimum delivery order was $35 since I live approximately 6.5 miles away from the deli.
Today when I placed my online order I immediately received a phone call back from the store manager who basically said in a nonchalant fashion that the minimum order would be $55 or I could spend another $20 and they would go ahead and deliver it or I could just pick it up. I could not understand this managers name, because he mumbled the entire conversation. I did not even know I was speaking to the manager until I asked to speak to a manager. The confusion I have is why they would deliver to me less than one month ago and completely refused to deliver today. The manager seemed to state the policy of being 6.5 miles away from his deli over and over again. Ultimately customer service is something that is not in the forefront of this managers mind set.
