I don’t normally do reviews but after my experience today, I was incredibly hurt by the service given to us today. My teenage son tried ordering a tea alone for the first time at this location because he loves the coconut boba tea from here & I was in the middle of checking out at a nearby store. My son loves the coconut tea & asked for a milk tea, not knowing he just asked for the wrong tea. He then realizes he accidentally ordered the wrong tea after he saw the brown colored tea once the employee served it. He then asked the employee if this is the coconut drink. The employee said “no, that it’s the milk tea”. My son then asked him if he could have the coconut tea because he accidentally ordered the wrong one. The employee said “no, you ordered that, there’s nothing I can do”. By then, I then was done at the store & walked in by this time. My son filled me in on the error & I apologized to the employee for the mishap. Then I asked if we can get a different tea & he said (with an attitude) “no, there’s nothing he can do if he ordered incorrectly” I told my son to just try drinking it, maybe it’s good. He tried it & he highly disliked it. He just wasn’t a fan of that flavor. So, I asked the employee “if he is dissatisfied with the drink, is there a way to swap it out?” The employee said “no, we don’t do that”. I’m in shock at this point that we couldn’t get any help. He was not willing to accommodate in any form. Nor was he nice about it. My husband walked up and asked “how we can solve this issue?” The employee said “You can contact the owner.” So we did, and the phone number that was found was for another location (Seminole FL.) So we asked them what they would suggest. They told us that they give refunds at their Seminole location if something like that happens. So, we were confused as to why the Clearwater location doesn’t provides refunds to their customers. I really didn’t want to drag this out so far but, I felt like the Clearwater employee was not nice nor trying to accommodate at all. We asked for a supervisor phone number and we called but they didn’t answer. I left a message in hopes they’d call back. They didn’t. I waited nearly 3 hours for a call and got nothing. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is horrendous. And everything is made incorrectly. I asked for less ice in my drink and said I would pay extra for it and the manager agreed. When I get my drink, there’s so much ice in there that the straw doesn’t wanna go all the way down. I informed the manager this and let him know that I asked for light ice to begin with which he said he would provide, and then he goes to tell me that he did put light ice, and this was their policy, so I explained to him that I cannot have anything that is too cold and I paid extra for less ice. He said that maybe I should wait for it to melt. I explained to him that I would not be able to drink it and asked for a refund which he refused, and he said that if I disputed it probably would not go through. Read morei’ve came here a few times. there is a heavier set young male employee who is fantastic. very kind and very quick. but i’ve now had two very poor encounters with the other male employee. on BOTH occasions i’ve sat right at the counter and wait for my boba tea to be made and on BOTH occasions the guy has left my drink on another part of the counter from where i’m sitting and not say anything to me. he just waits for me to figure out it’s sitting there to go get it. the first time i got a boba tea from him it was awful. probably the worst boba tea i had experienced. it was so extremely watered down. this is now the second time and the cup almost busted open from how much ice was in the cup. $8 for a cup of ice and a dash of the actual thai tea. i ordered. i see im not the only person to leave a similar review. just terrible service. and its only this one employee. the other heavier set...
