This is the storm chaser that regularly favours this Starbucks. this rating is low for a reason and is a grave issue that needs to be dealt with. I will also be contacting the better business bureau if not dealt with, and the Starbucks board of overseers. As a Google review top contributor, I am going to say this Starbucks has very bad problems. The staff are usually always great, but some of the customers especially two in particular that favored the same Starbucks, decide that gossip and talking about other people and including telling the staff that other people are committing illegal acts or causing drama that affects the customers other than myself in general is a very bad problem I am referring to two people in general, that decide that gossip goes above what is best for Starbucks customers in a whole. And hear-say from that particular set of people ends up doing something such as closing the bathrooms and affecting all customers there when was not even relevant in the first place. The two staff members there did make an incorrect decision and affected the Starbucks in all probably causing a loss of revenue due to lack of bathroom services, including people being able to wash their hands to prevent the spread of infectious disease. This is also a very large problem to have both bathrooms out of order due to customers deciding to make up something about somebody just to irritate and or demean them because it is all they can do as they have upset many customers already I did acquire the customer's phone number that they have upset as well not to mention the two staff members that were present at the time and we're currently on the clock. I will wait to take further action for 24 to 48 hours and then we'll be contacting the better business bureau, Starbucks board of overseers / corporate, and possibly and form them that the bathrooms were shut down due to false accusations by a pseudo customer that decided to affect everyone present at the Starbucks at the current time. again this is the meteorologist last storm chaser that has been harassed by other customers and I will be providing the names of the people involved along with the other customers affected by the particular a group of women that decide to spread gossip around the Starbucks to other...
Read moreUpdated 2024: I miss the old store manager Sarah. She was great at hiring good friendly staff and she herself was so friendly.
The new manager here now is the reason I will drive to the Main Street or Gulf to Bay location as her attitude is terrible. Managers are key to any customer experience. You hire a bunch of people that are not friendly or seem to care then you cannot genuinely expect to provide that experience to any customer. And that is the Starbucks way. Every time I go to this location the current manager has seemed anything but happy. And her staff is the same. Now I have only been to this location 6-8 times within the last week and neither the store manager nor any of the staff members (minus a single senior staff member) seemed friendly at all. They all seemed miserable and unhappy from start to finish. I have always found that if you don't see it once within a week then that Starbucks location is just no good. It all boils down to the manager and the people they hire. Which I see tend to be similar to the individual hiring them. Toxic managers, toxic people.
And not only has she charged me extra for my cream (which I rarely experience at any nationwide Starbucks and is more common for a franchise location in a grocery store) but she then still made it wrong (even after giving specific directions which she seemed to ignore). I tried suffering through the terrible coffee for the next two hours but eventually folded and went to the Gulf to Bay location. They easily remade it and it was perfect!
I hope all the staff including manager figure this out and whether fake or genuine (preferred) figure out how to be happy or at least act as such while at work.
It's just so sad to see the wonderful, cheery atmosphere dissolve and turn it into a depressing stop along your daily route.
This is why Sarah's ability to manage the location was perfection. I know wherever she is she is killing it. Just wish I knew so I could go there and get better vibes while I order my coffee and know the staff will listen.

Read moreTerrible customer service, and terrible management! One day, I ordered something on the app and I customized it requesting my drink not to be blended and they made it blended. I’m the one that’s paying for my drink. I should have my drink made properly the way I request it through the app even if it is customized, I had proof on my app. I requested it to be made that way. Also, I was physically assaulted while a family grabbed my coat with their hands without asking me and told me they were gonna take my table because it had more chairs instead of nicely asking me if it would be OK if we switched tables which, if they did ask me first, and asked me nicely, thanI would’ve gladly said yes , But they didn’t do that. They just took my coat and angrily moved it to another table complaining to me about how they should’ve had my table because they were a family, but I was there first Before they came into the café and when there weren’t that many people. I asked them nicely to stop doing that and told them that they needed to ask me if they wanted to just touch my coat without my permission. And then they reported me to the manager, and the manager had seen the whole thing happen, and she just decided to stand me from going to that Starbucks, even though I was discriminated by these people treated differently For not being a family. I also had my name changed and I have a name changed paperwork so I put it on the ap, But the staff members want to complain and say that I’m lying. Have an exchange paperwork and my family also same thing. I reported this to Starbucks and I reported this as a I hate crime to the FBI. Ever since they didn’t make my drink correctly, the girl that was making it got paranoid and told them something different and the manager has been treating me differently ever since along with other people and families that go to this location.
