Starbucks — Restaurant in Clearwater

I usually love Starbucks, but this visit was really disappointing. In the afternoon yesterday I ordered the Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso — a drink I’ve gotten before — but it tasted completely off. At first, I thought it was the cold foam, so I asked for a remake with regular cold foam instead of strawberry. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t right. By the third try, but the worker the one who made our drink a taller girl with glasses dark hair suggested maybe the problem was that they used regular espresso instead of blonde, but either way, the drink just didn’t taste the same at all. So this “Starbucks” doesn’t take Starbucks gift cards nor do they participate in the Starbucks rewards program either. I ordered a Carmel frap like I always get from Starbucks. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Tasted like watered down flavored ice. Went right in the trash! If they are going to use the “Starbucks” name they need to be an actually Starbucks and be at the “Starbucks” standards that we enjoy!!! Very disappointed and will not be back at this location...
