I've been coming to this Wendy's for years and never gave them a review. They have had their ups and downs but who hasn't. Yesterday when I went in I was greeted with a hello and a smile and I was asked what I would like to order but however I was not ready and the gentleman that was helping us was very patient and I could see that they were busy with the drive thru so the man helping us said would you like to use the self service computer I usually hate these things but however he did show us how to use it and how to do special orders which is not hard in any way this allowed him to do what he needed to do before it went bad. We finished our order and proceeded to the counter to wait for our food as we were waiting a angry mob came into the restaurant (that's the way I seen it lol) . The staff was busy completely orders and had several things going on at the same time and the people that came in were not there but a few minutes before they started yelling at the staff to take their order being rude and just stupid about it all. The guys that came in didn't seem to be together but they all had the same attitude in the middle of all this a new employee came in to start work that the staff on duty were not told about kudos to the new guy and to the staff for not getting upset or angry the staff were very polite and friendly and did not treat them badly but they apologized for the delay which in my opinion was not necessary because these guys were just impatient jerks but they calmed down soon as they put their order in. Read moreThere’s forever a ridiculous wait time here EVEN WHEN ITS EMPTY which I truly cannot wrap my head around. They don’t wear gloves and touch everything then touch food. The app is forever “not working” and I’ve noticed that if they don’t feel like doing or making something that person will give you an excuse that is usually along the lines of it’s unavailable or Broken bUT on several occasions I’ve doubled back and asked someone completely different and the response is along the path of it just has to be done and it’ll take a few minutes. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of frequenting. Last 3 times I went there spend over $20 on food and half of it was made incorrectly or completely missing. Also the blonde manager with glasses usually in the evenings/nights is HORRIBLE at customer service and shouldn’t be in Such a position ! A family was ahead of me and we waited in the lobby for almost 15 minutes for someone to come take our orders. She comes over takes their order (partially) & abruptly cashes them out. The man said he wasn’t finished and she told him “well I have to go take care of the drive thru so I can’t do this” AND WALKED AWAY! I was absolutely floored because we had already been waiting AND I WAS STILL STANDING THERE! She didn’t even tell me a word I had to ask him did she just say that & walk away?! Read moreMy wife went to the drive-through. She ordered for five different people. When we got home we noticed that we were missing two of the sandwiches. We tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but it wouldn’t allow us to call when we went there we explain to them they told us that they have food cars that they have to worry about and that they will not give us the sandwiches employee. that bag the sandwiches came out front. And said that he might’ve put them two sandwiches in the wrong bag. The manager said she didn’t care if she loses the customer but she does not want to lose her food cost. She told me to pay for one of the sandwiches again and she’ll give me the other sandwich but there’s no way she’s going to give me on both, so I paid for the cheeseburger and they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich. I can hear the employees in the background talking about me calling me cheap calling me different names. The manager also agreed with them slam the window in my face.
