Don’t eat here. They have a literal child seating people that doesn’t have 1 clue about customer service. I’m talking zero brain cells to talk to customers. She literally left us a family of six standing there waiting with no estimation of when a table would be ready and completely ignored us. My husband and two elderly parents needed to sit down so we all sat down in one of the many empty booths of which the incompetent young woman sat many couples coming way after us. With still zero word or acknowledgment to us. The bar back brought us chips and salsa and the idiotic young woman told her not to and to take it back then the little moron proceeded to come over say no I can’t seat you all here. I was like fine but my elderly parents and handicapped husband need to sit down. It should be fine they sit there with chips and salsa until you can seat us!! This is what happens when you let idiots make decisions! We literally left after her humiliating my family for needing to sit down. She should be fired until she learns some compassion. The food there isn’t good enough for being treated like utter trash. If you decide to eat here GOOD LUCk to you! Awful horrible customer...

If I could give this place negative stars I would do it 100% they for one messed up my order that I called in to go. I called them and they were immediately veryyyy rude without even hearing me out first. Then as my sister was eating the food (her food was not messed up) she found not one but two hairs in her fajitas so at that point I was very much over it. I told the lady that I would be coming up there and brining ALL of the food back to just get refund and she said okay. My sister and my friend went to go return the food and to get the money back. As soon as they got there they were immediately rude as soon as they walked in. They refused to give the money back and they also refused to remake the order as well. When my friend and sister got back I called them AGAIN and everyone that I spoke with was rude again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL. This was my first visit since the remodel. Food is good as always, but there is lots of confusion on the floor.

It took only seconds to be seated after waiting 10 min for a hostess to come up front to seat people. Then she didnt give us a menu. The waitress was prompt and courteous but didnt get our order entered into the new POS system. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer for the food which caused her to discover our food wasnt even ordered. She was honest about the error and did her best to remediate the situation. She did not charge us for our dri is or appetizers. And had our dinners packaged to go. I ordered the carne gusada (just love it), But they didn't have enough left for a full serving so they were supposed to give me a beef enchilada to go with it.

Guess who go home without a enchilada ☹

Hopefully it will go back to normal after some time to get used to all...
