Taqueria la potosina — Restaurant in Cleburne

I used to think Cleburne had meeeaaaa taco trucks, but now I can finally confidently say this town has a taco truck. This one hits it right on the spot for how true tacos are made. The meat is tender (not rubber)and seasoned well (not overdone or bland like most in town). The corn tortillas are solid and don't come falling apart. The tacos are clean, and neither the meat nor tortillas are greasy. They use fresh limes and produce. To top it all off, they have two solid hot sauces, green and red. The green is mild and has a slight kick of pepper, and the red is hot but doesn't blow your britches off.
