I first found Chanler around 6 years ago when I was looking to get an old, ugly shoulder tattoo covered up. That cover-up went so well, and the new ink he did for me was totally badass, I had him cover up an old, ugly ankle tattoo after that. Since then, I’ve always gone back to Chanler for other new tattoos. We are currently working on completing a colorful full sleeve for me. Whether its people or pets, I think Chanler’s black and white portrait tattoos are his specialty. But, since Chanler has been tattooing for awhile now, you can tell he has mastered some very diverse skills and could probably pull off just about any technique or design you ask him to. Sorry, but this is going to be long!! First time getting a tattoo, so I was extremely nervous. I’m a senior lady, and on blood thinners, so that was a concern as well. I was also apprehensive because this was a matching tattoo I was getting with a very special person in my life and it had to be right! Went in a few weeks early and spoke with Painted Rose to tell them what tattoo we were considering and they matched us with Patience. We immediately felt super comfortable with Patience and booked our appt. Didn’t sleep the night before from being so nervous, but let me tell you, Patience is one of those people who has a true kindness about her!! She showed us a couple of designs using our idea, tweaked it just a bit, picked the size we wanted and we were ready. Let me say, I was extremely thankful that Patience was NEVER in a rush; she prepped her space like she was going to perform surgery!! Being in the medical field I that was very important to me! I followed them for a couple months and am very happy with their work. I had my daughter’s ears pierced there (age 10). They were very nice clean and handled her fear of getting it done so well. Today I had a tattoo from Chandler. He is a truly an exceptional artist. I gave him a picture of what I wanted and he did his own version that turned out even better. I look forward to getting more tattoos in the near future. 6/6/24 Update Another great tattoo! I’m starting my sleeve on my left arm. I had my first session an I’m very happy. Every time I go I can’t wait to go back. They are such a great group of people with such talent. I’ll be going back soon to finish my coloring. 9/10/24 Update I got some coloring this past weekend on my left arm. As expected I am extremely happy with the results.
