Trovato Street — Local services in Cleburne

This is a fun place to visit if you're downtown. We had fun looking at all the different candy there. The main draw for my sister was the saltwater taffy, while I was drawn over to the classy root beer bar. You can get all sorts of rare root beer types here. They all come in glass bottles and they're mostly from smaller companies and grassroots places as far as I know. There might be some more well-known brands too but I'm not an expert. The lady that worked there was very friendly and helped me pick out a couple different root beers that I wanted to buy to take home with me. She can describe the flavor differences for you so that it's easier to decide which root beers you want to try. My sister said you can also order root beer floats there, but I didn't ask...

A local gem with lovely owners. The wall of root beer - featuring brownie flavored and wax sealed, sarsaparilla soda, birch beers, and so much more - gives endless options for tastings and floats. Fill up a basket with nostalgia candy, like cherry mash, Boston beans, red hots, air heads, as well as taffy from huckleberry to pickle or PB&J. The new chocolate kitchen, where you can often watch pretzels, twinkies, marshmallows and more being dipped, and truffles in delicious varieties like churro, peanut butter, and strawberry milkshake are made.
