The Quail Shack — Restaurant in Cleburne

I took my boys to the Quail Shack for the first time today and we will be going back. First off, the staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating. They don't have a kids menu and my little boy wanted a little hamburger. Even though it's not on the menu they made it happen for him and he was happy. The food was really good, everyone was happy with what they ordered. I have a dairy and gluten allergy so I just ordered a hot dog with no cheese or bun. It came with a runny quail egg and grilled onions and was really good. Also, me little boy is a wheelchair user and had no issues using his powerchair here. I'm not one to slander people but I must say I am far from impressed by the attitude that is given here I've personally eaten at their food truck it was okay my concern is that they are not for cleburne I have personally been told by someone very close to me that they do nothing but trash talk this town and the people in it I will not be a supporter of this business for the reason that I believe in cleburne Texas and I love the people here we deserve a community restaurant that actually cares about our community not someone...

We had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful establishment today. It was such a treat to hear Dave share the story of how it all began. The service was extraordinary, and best of all, the food was both magnificent and unique. This restaurant is truly one-of-a-kind—whether you’re in a rural area or a large metropolitan city, it stands out as something special.
