I just had my lunch there during my lunch break from work I ordered my lunch online through their website for pick up when I got there my sandwich was not hot so Iām sure it was made 20 minutes before hand even though my time given on the website said that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I paid extra for Swiss cheese it was not on the sandwich and halfway through eating the sandwich I realized. I also did not receive a pickle Spear. So when I went to tell the cashier that I was missing these items for my meal she looked at me like I was an idiot and asked what I wanted to do and I said well I already ate half the sandwich so I could at least get my pickle then she turned around to the line cook and asked for a box of pickles I donāt know what she expected me to do with that but I told her never mind and that I didnāt want anything. I paid $10 for a meal that was missing ingredients and so I left the store still hungry. This is only the third time that Iāve been to this particular McAllisterās in the past six months and every single visit has been terrible the first time the food was not good the second time my wait was almost my entire lunch break of 30 minutes to actually get my food and then this is the third time and obviously the strike out. I will not be back to this restaurant I cannot express enough how unhappy I am with the service that has been provided. And I will be sure to share my experiences with anyone who asks about...

What made our table disappointed was the lack of toppings on the baked potato. 1 of us did half a sandwich and salad, that was good. The rest of us got baked potatoes. My bill was $14.##. I got a sweet tea and a potato w/ bacon, cheese, butter, and sour cream. Butter and sour cream was a plenty but they skimped on the cheese and the bacon... I kid you not, you know the precooked microwave bacon that comes in a box... it was like they took half of 1 slice, tore it in pieces and threw it on top of the potato. That is the amount of bacon on my potato. I really wish I would of taken a picture to share. It did taste good though. Tea could of been sweeter. Anyhow, I was super excited to tryout McAlisters as everyone raves about the potatoes but because of what you get for $14.##, my conclusion is it was not worth all the hype. Other people in my party, who had been there before, were also disappointed in the lack of toppings on...
