Food was good for sure but my five star rating is more about the customer service. I wish I got the name of the man who was so kind and seriously went out of his way to provide outstanding service. I was there with my elderly parents, my dad even has a cane, as we 3 waited on 3 others to park and get inside the gentleman noticed and asked if we wanted a drink while we waited. “Sure” we said, he offered to get the drinks on behalf of my parents and brought it to the table. Later, my daughter got the chicken salad on a bagel and said it wasn’t her favorite but ate the bagel. When the gentleman asked to take our trays, again, we said that would be great. He left for a few minutes throwing away our trash then returned and asked my daughter, “didn’t you like your sandwich?” Sheepishly she replied, “not my favorite...so no not really.” He said, “please let me get you something else, anything, my treat.” She got an egg and sausage on French toast bagel and LOVED it. Again, the food was really good but the customer service was amazing...you just don’t see that level of service anymore. Kudos to the kind man who was very observant and made us...
Read more4 stars because I normally LOVE Sully’s. I am writing this review specifically for the guy working the register in the clemson location last night (4/6). He was incredibly rude and has NO business being in customer service. I just wanted him to enter my phone number for rewards because I am a loyal Sully’s customer and know the drill, but he made me feel stupid and refused to enter my number without a “QR code”. I didn’t have enough service for my app to load so I literally could not pull it up. I go to the Sully’s in Greenville and in Clemson a lot, and I have never had an issue with getting my number in for rewards. Nor have I ever encountered such a rude worker. Sully’s is delicious with great customer service in general, but this guy should not be working the front register. If he were just nice about it I wouldn’t have a problem. It’s the way he handled the situation,...
Read moreStopped in Clemson for a quick lunch as I was working and decided to go here because I'd heard good things. Was blown away with how friendly the staff were, how good and quick the food was, and the general atmosphere of the place. It was clean and comfortable. The manager or shift leader at the time, Cooper, was fabulous, broke down the menu, was super kind and took great care of me, was proactive with his service, and more. I poured out my unsweet tea because I meant to get sweet and he quickly asked if there was a problem. When I was almost done he checked on me and my first time experience. The rest of the staff were likewise engaged and courteous. I would definitely comeback here and would...
