If you follow my reviews, you know I love giving 5 star ratings and I absolutely hate bad customer service. In fact, I rarely rate anything less that 4 and giving anything less than 4 stars. This Wendy's in Clemson may be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't eat fast food often. I've been eating KETO for over a year, and was in need of a burger, so I thought I'd give my local Wendy's a try.... that will be the last time for me. I went through the drive through and asked for a burger with no condiments and on the other end I heard, with an attitude "So... plain then?". I replied, "Yes please - I'd like a lettuce bun, no condiments, but everything else including lettuce, tomato and cheese", and again, with even more attitude she replied "Like I said... plain.....pull forward". Well, okay, you don't like your job. I can understand that. But this is the job you've chosen, and part of your role is providing great customer service. I know this is fast food, but Heavens child, if Chick-Fil-A can be kind, courteous, and provide great customer service, you could too, if you wanted to, but you are angry and should NOT be in customer service. Not only was I offended by the rudeness; as you might only imagine, but my burger was not right either. It was on a bun, and while it didn't have any condiments, neither did it have cheese, lettuce or tomato. I threw it away on my way home and wasted whatever money I spent in that horrible waste of time - thank Heavens only about 15 minutes of my life. I will not make that mistake again, and I'm embarrassed for that young lady with zero manners or respect for herself or anyone else that evening, certainly not for me - her customer; embarrassed for her management, and for the owners of this fast food restaurant. Read moreI ordered a Doordash today for a biggie bag and a 10 piece nugget. I received a chicken sandwich with mayo and onions (don’t eat mayo). Fries and 4 piece nugget was the only thing they got right. They didn’t even get my drink right. I ordered a large Dr Pepper and got a small red drink, never received my frosty or my 10 piece nugget. They even got the sauces wrong, asked for sweet and sour and got BBQ
Tried to contact Doordash support but even after sending pictures they have to review it. I tried to call Wendy’s and they said contact Doordash, I guess he didn’t understand i tried to call them prior to calling Wendy’s even after telling him 5 times. (Bless his little heart I assume comprehending isn’t his strong suit so this job fits him well)
So overall I never received the right food, paid $23 in total fees for food I didn’t ask for, nor eat. Never got a refund through Doordash. Never received my drinks or frosty. Read moreCame through a little after midnight. The sign out front says Open til 1am. We pull around and no one is answering the drive through. Pulled around, couldn't see any activity inside, and asked two employees sitting outside at the tables if they were open. One said yes, the other shook his head "no". The one that said yes went inside to get them to actually work. The one that said no went back to literally smoking his weed. Like, I don't mind weed casually, but not at work dude. Then to lie to hungry customers. Shameful
So we back up and are finally able to get the lady inside to take our order, and let me tell you. The sheer hatred in this person's voice over having to do her job. The face she made through the window at us makes me think she believes it's a two-way mirror. So I asked her why she wasn't taking our order, to which she said "She just didn't hear us." Riiiight. At this point we've seen 4-5 employees inside, you're telling me no one heard us asking at the box a few times if they were open?
