Crown Restaurant & Lounge — Restaurant in Clermont

After reading reviews I was very hesitant to go here, but one of our favorite bartenders moved here so we had to check it out. We were highly impressed, since the other reviews make it seem like a bad place. The “membership” only applies after a certain time late at night when the place gets over busy, from what I understand. Everyone gets kicked out so the bartenders can clean and reset and then only the people with the membership card can come back in for the last little bit before they close. The Bartenders seem great, and we’ve been twice and have not had the place shut down yet, I’m assuming because it wasn’t super busy. The regulars seem like a diverse group and have all been super friendly. We will be applying for our membership soon. This will be our new hangout and...

Not bad, not bad. So this is the drive by it hmmm, never been. Well after almost 20yrs, it's still here and we finally walked in.

1. GREAT walk in service! Within 5 min, 3 bartenders asked to take care of us.

2. SMOKING- if you smoke , yayy, if it doesn't bother you, great. If you're yuck, sensitive ect- STAY AWAY! It wasn't thick or anything but, not a smoker and I hate the smell in my hair, 1 drink and well, I won't wash it tonight b/c wet smoky hair- miserable, it's going to have to be pool water to get this smell out

3. bartenders have chemistry and have fun with each other/ customers

4. def, regs but not everyone knows everyone

5. CASUAL, shorts and tee-s on a sat night

Never been in there, just happened to be at pizza hut waiting on my carry out order to be filled and watched Clermont pd as they were creeping by scoping out all the cars that were there then pull into the pizza hut parking lot to go back around the loop to creep by the lounge parking lot again and again. I sat there for a good 10 to 15 mins and they did that 5 times in that period. Reason enough for me not to ever go there based on the Clermont corruption that I witnessed.
