What a lovely new store. I just want to hang out inside, it's beautiful. When I came home from visiting it I told my wife I wanted to move within walking distance to Lee Road. The cheeses are phenomenal and the non-cheese products are tastefully curated. They have excellent breads, pickled items, crackers, rillettes, etc. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and happy to talk cheese or anything else with you. I suggest getting one of their sampler boards- it is a small tasting board of four of their house made cheeses. What at treat! I also purchased some of their cottage cheese. Wow, I think I can say I'd never had cottage cheese before yesterday. Forget everything you think and feel about cottage cheese. This, with a light drizzle of honey, is heaven.
I wouldn't want to mess with this store because it's perfect, but maybe they could open a wine & beer tasting room next door? I'd love to buy a cheese sampler, a crusty baguette, and a jar of rillettes and then sit down with a Belgian dubbel or a Flemish sour ale and relax for an hour. I'd never...

The knowledge of Kandice Marchant and her staff is beyond amazing. It was two hours of learning and a great culinary experience. I encourage you to to visit her business and sign up for the classes, events and cheese club. Everyone in the US touts buy made in the US; what could be more âmade in the USâ than a local Cleveland business making handcrafted cheeses. The customer service is excellent. In a country where big corporations are making us check out our own products and service is non-existent; this is a positive sign for the future. We need to frequent businesses like this to encourage more to venture out on their own. Quality and service matters. It is always not about the âDollar Menuâ If you have not visited, what are you...
Read moreAbsolutely loved this place. The lady that helped us answered all of our questions plus provided and a ton of information about the establishment and their process around how the cheese was made and where it was sourced from.
The store was laid out like a home cafe that had a very old time welcoming feel. I will let my pictures and video do all the talking on this subject.
In the end we had a great experience and left with a small selection of some highly recommended cheeses, maybe next time we can dine in and take in the whole experience. Can't wait to return next time...
