Upon a late arrival to the city and pick up by family, finding a good meal was a must. Having googled restaurants nearby, we unanimously decided on Brewdog. What a great choice! Our party of four was seated immediately, this was a Thursday evening so it wasn’t too busy. Our server Michael was amazing!! He catered to these first timers so much so that we cannot wait to return for the full Brewdog experience. We missed out on the patio with river views, the fire pit and outdoor games because of the slight drizzle and the fact that it was late (like they were about to close late). It didn’t matter that they were about to close, Michael still provided exceptional service🤩. The food was absolutely amazing and the tabletop fireplace created an ambiance with good vibes. Brewdog has so much to offer. There’s a beer school, local craft beer for customers to enjoy & a few pin ball machines. We thought the prices were a bit high at first but everything so worth it. The Brewdog staff went above and beyond when we called about my debit card. After realizing that I left it at the restaurant, and they were closed… the staff showed care and concern for the return of my card. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience from arrival to departure and arrival again to retrieve my card🤗

My son planned a special trip to drive in from Columbus so we celebrate some recent victories of his. I chose this unique "new to us" place, for its inviting atmosphere along with its buy one get one for $1 prebook burger special. After realizing too late at actual booking with that you must have 24 hour notice, I called and Cynthia helped to reserve the special with more clarity for next time. It was nice to experience compassionate understanding service! Our plan was still in motion. We were extremely pleased with the atmosphere! Very cool place, with brews & burgers with great taste!! Our server, Richard was exceptional- genuine, and excellent with service! Was a blessing. He gave us a warm welcome, seated us at the amazing fireplace/ high top table. He was consistently attentive to us all evening long. He gave us history of the building and was well versed on the menu. The burgers, although some a bit on the high end priced regularly were juicy & so tasty! The beers were great too. Also, there was a trivia night of which Fletch was a fun addition as host. No doubt, we will go back again. BrewDog-Highly recommended from beginning to end.

Came here for a private event. The event description said nothing about agenda, menu, drinks, etc, but thought it would be fun. Called ahead on the day of to ask when the doors open and was told 5:30. We arrived at 5:32 to locked doors. GM said we were told the wrong information. We waited outside for 20 minutes before my wife and son needed to use the restroom but we were ignored at the door. I had to call the front and she said "we are opening soon" and I had to argue so my family could use the restroom which is right by the front door. Finally started letting people in and we were sat around 6pm, however they said the food wouldn't be ready until 6:45. We came for trivia and food and the food was delayed and the trivia didn't start until way over 2 hours into the event. They had to wait until everyone ate which was a singular buffet line for 300+ people. Our server Casey was awesome, the only redeeming quality of the night. I asked about the EFP discount and the GM Kevin said no discounts- without any reason. Dessert was literally pretzel sticks shoved into Reese's cups. One of the worst managed events I have ever seen from an established chain restaurant.

Went in on opening night and had a great time! The place was booked full but we did not have any major issues at all. Checked in and got a beer from the bar while we waited for our table .We had to wait a little longer after our reservation time and they they complimented our next beer which was really nice. Our server came to us in a reasonable amount of time even though the place was packed. He was definitely friendly and kept the smiling face with the stresses of opening night. Our food actually came out pretty quick and I was surprised by that but it was amazing. I got a Cajun chicken sandwich. There was enough chicken on the sandwich for like two whole sandwiches and it was super crispy and juicy. The flavors were awesome And it had just the right amount of spice. We had a time limit of 2 hours because of it being completely booked but in that 2 hours we had a great time ate our food, had a couple beers and really just enjoyed the new space. Will definitely be going back once it calms down a little bit and could become one of my favorite spots in Cleveland. Great job Brew Dog and staff.

Great location and vibes. Enjoy a delicious beer along the river and watch boats along the skyline. Parking is atrocious on the weekends. The lot handles less than half of the people visiting and you can't loop through. Most have to park illegally on the street where there are "no parking signs" every 12 ft and just cross your fingers the police don't give you a ticket. The food is great the beer is delicious & the views outside are fab! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can also bring your boat and dock it on the patio. They need to fix the parking situation. They also need to have a station where people sitting outside can order more than wings and fries. ( But it isn't always open ) They must still be short staff because they only serve the brick patio, not the patio beyond. You can also only get a limited menu at the patio area beyond the brick to the river. I don't understand why one year later they still haven't set up a station where they give you a buzzer when your food is ready to go pick up. Right now you can only order food inside and they wouldn't let us take it out to the patio on such a gorgeous night 🤷 .

We ate here on our last night in Cleveland. The atmosphere was awesome! This is my kind of place. The waitress, I can't remember her name, was prompt and attentive, and had the best personality I've encountered from someone, who works like I do, in a long time. The place is like a remodeled old, industrial mill building or wharf located on the coast. As you can see from the pictures it wasn't changed much during the renovation. I had the Good Ship Sativa, which was like a beer that I used to drink, but can't find anymore called Molson Ice. It's kind of skunky. She had the Pineapple Punch, which is a cider. We had the wings and spicy brisket tacos. The food is awesome! There was classic rock playing low in the background. We parked on the other side of the river and walked over, which was a great opportunity to get some awesome pictures of the high rise buildings in the area that are colorfully lit. We took the pictures at night from the center of the bridge, on the way back to the truck. I had an awesome time, and I think I will definitely eat here the next time I'm in Cincinnati
