Absolutely love this place. I don't think these guys even know how to make a bad beer. Forget the ambiance (although for the record, there literally is nowhere else in the world I'm happier drinking than in here... or weather permitting, out front on the patio... and I've quaffed pints all over the western hemisphere and currently reside 350 miles away in Chicago) this is all about the liquid gold. B&B makes the best Wee Heavy (the McTavish) I've ever had (and sometimes they do an absolutely ridiculous maple-bourbon-barrel aged version of it to boot) and any self-proclaimed hopinista needs to add the scalp of the Bitter Chief to their list. The place is off the beaten path for non-natives (or sheltered suburbanites) and does not seem to care what anyone else thinks. Brick & Barrel lays their cards on the table. And win. Every...

We were just wrapping up a visit to downtown and were on our way to the airport. We had a little time and wanted to try a local brewery so we found B&B on Google and stopped in. It was a Sunday and the Browns were out of town so not crowded at all. The bartender couldn't be bothered with interrupting his conversation with another customer at the bar so after 5 minutes of being ignored, we left. We actually found a friendlier place close to the airport where we enjoyed a local beer and conversation with some locals. I don't know how the beers are at B&B and I guess we never will but we do know the service stinks. There is more to a brewery than just beers. It should be an experience. This place is lacking. I'd skip it and find a place where they are glad you stopped in and appreciate...

If i could give this place and the people at Brick and Barrel a hundred stars I would!

On Saturday night Cleveland hosted their Annual Hanukkah Brewhaha party at Brick and Barrel. We had over 137 people, a live band and festivities. The team at Brick and Barrel went above and beyond our expectations. They customized the bar to meet Kosher dietary laws, worked with us on pricing and even decorated the place in a Hanukkah theme. They allowed us creative freedom in their space and it made our event one of a kind. It's a brewery filled with delicious beer and an exceptional staff....

This is a great craft brewery. They serve many of their own beers and some visiting beers from craft breweries nearby. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They answered all the questions about their beers that they brew. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Inside of the establishment is very clean. Excellent location but parking can be a little tricky if you are there during the busy hours. They currently do not serve food but there is a great pizza shop right next door.

Any place that's excited to help support local entertainers is great by me, but Brick And Barrel has gone above and beyond to make their space one of our favorite places to host Secret Society Comedy. Christina is one of those people who make you feel like you've known them forever, and her enthusiasm is contagious. I highly recommend stopping by for a few cold ones the next time you're in The Flats and looking for a more low key vibe.

Went to Brick and Barrel on St. Patty’s day and it looked like a super cozy spot to drink some brews. We got their flight and sampled the different brews. They have a pizza place (different restaurant) next door that offers some delicious Italian pizza as well as other Italian food. They also had some sandwiches for St. Patty’s day! They serve some bar snacks inside and everyone is super warm and welcoming.
