Beautiful small park in the flats with one of the best views of the Cleveland skyline. This is the spot used by most television stations when they want a skyline backdrop. This photo was taken from Heritage park at twilight. Right across the river via the swing bridge.
Update: Unfortunately the city decided to "improve" the park by cutting down the trees, remove the grass and pave the whole park with cement. It's not finished yet but I presume they'll finish it similarly to the "beautification" of the park across from the West Side Market. It looks hideous. One of the most beautiful spots in all of Cleveland has been stripped of all its character and all its charm. Everyone who signed off on this extraordinarily-misguided redesign of what used to be a beautiful park...

I often find homeless sleeping on the benches in the morning. The Cleveland metropark system just started managing this place so I expect these things...
