I spent about 9 months working with Grace! When I first started out I would consider myself pretty out of shape and really needed that push and accountability to get me to start working out again. Grace was the perfect trainer! She was patient with me as a beginner but still pushed me to do things that she knew I could do but had some self doubt about. Within the first few months I started noticing a lot of changes, mostly with how I felt and my outlook on working out. I could lift more, felt stronger in my body, and started viewing the gym as self-care and not a chore. I even started noticing some muscle definition! She helped me gain the confidence to start going to the gym outside of our sessions because I knew what I was doing. I would see certain workouts online and talk to Grace about them and she would incorporate them into our next session. Every time I would get a new PR we would acknowledge and celebrate that win together and continue from there. Grace really knows how to make you feel comfortable with being uncomfortable (being in the gym, learning new workouts). Grace will keep you accountable, support you, teach you, challenge you, and listen to you. Even now when I go to the gym on my own I think about how I was able to do certain things that I never thought I could do (like deadlifting) and I thank Grace and Sculpt Fitness for giving me the tools necessary to continue to succeed in this aspect of my life. The environment at Sculpt is welcoming. It feels like a small community of people all working toward a collective goal. And, personally, I find Sculpt much less intimidating than the many big-box gyms I've tried (unsuccessfully) over the years.

Their communication was timely once I requested a visit & told them my needs. I have old back injuries & wanted to strengthen to prevent further injury. They paired me with Quinn, who knew about back issues from personal experience which was invaluable to my time there. He knew what I meant when I described things because he’d been through it. His approach to my work outs always kept my limitations in mind while focusing on progress. I was always impressed with his knowledge & the unique but not fussy exercises he chose for me. And I definitely grew in strength & mobility. I can continue on my own with the knowledge I gained from him.
