Went in starving, left disgusted. I was asked how I wanted my burger 3 times, 3 TIMES! Once was even by the guy preparing my burger and guess what, it was still wrong. No problem, so I went back in and asked for the correct burger, yes I cussed, but i was asked by the guy making my food how I wanted it and he still screwed up. So instead of defusing the situation and apologizing and getting my order promptly out to me I get yelled at and threatened to be kicked out if I cuss again. I say ma'am i just want my correct burger. So after tons of unnecessary attitude I asked for the DM's number. She refused to give it to me. I asked if the location was a franchise or corporate store, she told me franchise, I asked for the owners number, again i was refused this.
So after waiting 10 minutes for my correct order I get asked what i had. I tell them and then preceded to wait another 10 minutes just for them to ask again what I had. At this point im over it so i ask for a refund. Again I get attitude and almost a refusal for my refund. Brenda even threatened to call the cops on me because I was upset they screwed up my order.
I was told I'm not allowed back in the store but if i wanted to talk to the DM i had to come in and talk to him Friday??? Also when she refused to give me the DM's number her exact words were "I talked to him and he told me to get you the hell out of here".

The app said to pick order up inside. When I got there the doors were locked so I went to the drive thru and told them I was picking up an online order. After I sat there at the sign for a good 10 mini the female I had told I was picking up an online order came back over the loud speaker and told me they could not fulfill the order because they had no buns for the 2 whoppers I ordered and I would have to cancel the order on the app and request a refund, which I did both and now over 24 hours later I still have not received a refund. I paid them for food I didn't even get and haven't gotten a refund for it. Customer service in the app just keeps saying sorry that you have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a refund when they didn't wait 24 to 48 hours foe payment. Calling Burger King customer service is also useless. So beware of ordering something from this store on the app and paying for it and then not receiving the order once you arrive and mo refund either. Read moreI ate at Burger King on in Cleveland, Tennessee right off of Exit #20 and when I ordered my food, I wanted to substitute my French Fries for Chicken Fries and the Caahier didn't even say anything. When I finally got the food, I took the French Fries back to the register and then the Cashier told me in a hateful way that they aren't allowed to substitute Chicken Fries for French Fries when she could have told me that from the beginning. The Coca Cola tasted like Carbonated Water, I poured the Coke out and tried the other side of the machine where it said Coca Cola and again it tasted like Carbonated Water, so I called the Corporate Number for Burger King and they took my complaint and advised that they would turn it in first thing in the morning.
