Burger King — Restaurant in Cleveland

This is my go to BK, as the service is friendly and fast. But not tonight. When I first pulled up, there was only one car in line, and that car had to wait approximately 7 minutes to have their order taken in the drive thru. Fortunately, I only had to wait 4 minutes to have my order taken. Please note, that BK was not busy and there was only the 2 cars initially.

When my order was taken, I informed the cashier that I had a coupon, and the order was half taken and rushed. I proceeded to the window to pay, and the car that was in front of me initially was still waiting and had to continue to wait for approximately another 8 minutes. I finally get to the window, and I realize the problem...its the cashier. The cashier is doing everything else other than what she was hired to do. I norice her on the customer side of the counter, instead of taking car of the drive thru. My order was sitting on the counter, and she walked right pass it, and she went to the other side of the counter. Another employee walked over to see what was the hold up and that's when the cashier came back to take care of the drive thru customers.

My overall wait time was approximately 22 minutes. That is not acceptable because again, BK was not busy nor understaffed. It was all a result of the cashier. I made certain to ask for my receipt, as my intention was to report the cashier, whose name is Patteciona. My order No. Is 63 and the transaction to place at BK 1173.

It is my hope that Patteciona be trained correctly or reassigned as this was absolutely my worst experience at this location. It stands out because I frequent this location very often and i continually praise the management for the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, but...

On October 23, 2022 I ordered a whooper jr. meal with cheese and Three packs of cookies.. After I receive my order I checked to see if everything was in the bag and it was but my problem was my cookies was cold and hard, so I pull back around to the drive thru and ask may I please get some fresher cookies?? The cashier told me they only make cookies on first shift but they can warm them up for me, I agreed. Which made my cookies worst..They warm my cookies up as I headed back to work and attempt to eat one of my cookies they taste taste like a day or two old.. also my cookies was hard as well. I tried to pull back in line and there was a line of cars I waited for about 10 minutes no movement in cars I had to leave to go back to work. As I waited in line about my cookies I tried to eat my sandwich, which made me upset because I had no cheese on it.. At this point I did not want to eat my meal anymore.. I tried calling several times but No one answered... Beside my food customer...

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had had a fast food restaurant. First, I arrived at 8:00 pm and all of their lights were turned off. I don't know if there was a reason for that or if they just forgot to turn them on. Second, once I got to the speaker to order, I was told to wait. I waited at least five minutes before ordering two Whoppers. I then had to wait in line another 10 minutes for the two cars ahead of me to get their food and leave. Once I got up to the window, I waited another few minutes before being asked to pull forward to the front entrance and then backing up to pick up my food. They gave no reason for this and I can only assume it was to clear their drive through timer. There were no cars behind me so there was absolutely no need for me to pull ahead just to back up again. Finally, once I did get my food I was not offered an apology for waiting over 15 minutes. I will never go to this Burger King ever again and I would advise everyone else...
