My husband and daughter went to this location to pick up 2 pizzas costing $29.50. Our daughter initially picked up the pizzas and didn't look to see what was in the containers. Once they got the pizzas home and actually opened the boxes there were basically over-cooked crackers with sauce, cheese and toppings for $29.50.
My husband called to speak with Paul, the manager who at which point had left and placed Veronica in charge. He then returned to the location to explain that what he received for the amount paid was completely unacceptable. Veronica offered him another pizza which really didn't make any sense considering the condition of the first 2 pizzas.
We are all truly disgusted by the quality of what we received for the amount paid. This location really needs to work on its customer service and double and triple check what is coming out of their kitchen. Furthermore, show the customers what they are receiving as a courtesy before...
Read moreMy friends and family say this is a cool place to eat...well don't always believe friends and family. This is a very generic pizza place there is no pizzazz in their pizza. Initially I wanted the red pepper sauce on a custom pizza ( because their sauce is not that good pretty bland for sauce. Was told the red pepper sauce was a hit) told that is not possible. Hmmm made me wonder did they have frozen pizzas. I thought the sauce went on the crust before it went in the oven. But WHATEVER. After talking to my cousin he said try the wings. Hmmm pretty basic similar to dominos. Delivery was timely but I got no utensils or napkins with my order ( also had a salad). On a previous visit I tried the lasagna again pretty basic must be some kind of frozen variety. I cannot imagine someone put any heart into these recipes. The lasagna was cold in the middle.
If you are in the area with a taste for pizza stop at Dave's and get a Digiono pizza you will...
Read moreThis restaurant used to be good years ago in the early 2000s. Like a lot of things, it has gone downhill. I went there recently and ordered chicken parmesan. I got a ton of gooey spaghetti, two tiny pieces of chicken, hard chewy garlic bread, and no napkins or utensils to eat them with. The only good thing was the male worker, who was very polite.
A young lady was sitting behind the register; however, she had no customer service skills. I asked her if I could use the restroom. She had this look on her face like, "Why are you asking me?"
The nice male worker suggested that I sit outside and eat because of the noisy work that was being done inside the restaurant. I would not have minded sitting outside that beautiful day, but the tables looked like they had not been wiped off in weeks. Leaves and dirt covered the tables. It makes me wonder how clean the area is where the food...
