Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Cleveland

Had to run back in 3 times to get my order right. Asked for black beans on the side like 6 times. Got charged guacamole that i didnt get so i had to get refunded, and still didn't have my black beans so i had to run in a last time. I felt annoying. Its like you tell them something and they don't hear you. They did give complementary chips but i had to ask. All in all it tasted good but the rice wasn't hot and everything else was pretty good. Hope they can step it up. Some workers didn't seem like they cared or knew exactly what was going on, while I still wish them the best cause i love chipotle. Maybe some are new, but honestly if you do it all day how long does it take to get good at serving food? Hope it gets better. Just my first experience at that one. We're regular patrons of Chipotle no matter where we go. We normally get the bowl and my son loves their burrito. This time he ordered the same as me and hubs and he was happy.

This location was by far out of the 5 minimum locations we've visited had the greatest ambiance and cleanest. Portions were decent. We got the chicken bowl with two bags of chips and a side of queso. One of the bags had fresh chips and the other not as. The queso we can live without and will not order again. We love the vinaigrette sauce and would highly recommend mixing it with your food. It amplifies the flavor and is a must!

Complete utensils and other stuff in the drinks and condiments area. The workers are fast and courteous. There's restrooms available and ample parking spaces for patrons.

We usually eat at Dos Bros in town but it was already closed when we decided to go out to eat so we decided to try the new Chipotle in town. First off the person putting our food together was not generous with the portion sizes of food he was putting in our bowls, as if we were taking his own personal food. Also communication was poor between the person loading the bowls and the person checking us out, a few things were missing from our bag so I had to ask for it again, which was quickly corrected, however from the price I thought I had already been charged what I had previously asked for, after all of this my total came out to be way more than expected, for just 2 skimpy bowls and some poorly made queso and chips.
