Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

Not the first time this has happened, ordered 2 medium pizzas almost right at 3 hours ago and just now got the pizzas and they were ice cold which means they just sat there for 3 hours and no one bothered to remake them. I understood the delay at the first hour of them being late because their “ electric car”needed to be charged and that was ok, the second hour I got a little irritated because what the heck ya know, and then we almost hit that 3 hour mark and the girl (she was really sweet) came up and apologized for the wait because of the “icy roads”…I didn’t want to say she was wrong or make her feel bad but from here to dominos there is barley any ice on the road other than on my driveway because the roads were scraped and most of the ice was melted yesterday (again she was really sweet she didn’t do anything wrong I was just like…um not really any ice but I’m sure that was an excuse to cover up the fact that they are just understaffed and their managers are lazy) anyways we payed $38 bucks for 2 medium ice cold pizzas we got 2 hours and 45 minutes late lol if they are understaffed someone needs to do something about it and hire people in and advertise you are hiring, this is a lot of strain on workers and that’s not ok! It’s not just physical straining it’s mentally straining ( I know how it can be I work at a restaurant) where customers will sit there and dog out the employees when most of the time it’s the managers fault. I have had to call and get my order changed from carry out to delivery for the past 17 years. I have been doing this since I’ve worked there when I was 22. That is when this place opened. Tonight I called to change an order from carry out to delivery and the woman on the phone told me that she couldn’t do it. She said she did not have the code nor the authority. Maybe she was new but she was poorly trained and so my review went down a star. This is not Presley Utz. It's Amy Jones. I decided to try something different from my usual pizza today. I ordered Alfredo and plain chicken wings. (No, I didn't get close to eating it all.) It was really good. If I were going to offer any suggestions it would be to allow you to choose the sauce you want with the plain wings. It comes with ranch. I might like to try one of the other sauces without having it ON the wings. I think the best part was having the parrot tell me the progress of my order. That was too much...
