I haven't been to this location in the later evening, but the staff working their day shift are fantastic. They are polite, quick, accurate, and resolve issues before they can become issues!

On a previous drive thru visit I ordered the new(ish) chicken sandwich combo without mayonnaise. When I got the bag it contained both a sandwich with mayonnaise on it, and one that was correct. It was obvious the error was spotted and corrected before it was my turn at the window!

The sandwich is very tasty! If you're someone who likes mayonnaise but has times where you're trying to avoid a mess while driving or whatever, don't be afraid to get this sandwich without it.

The fries have a nice potato wedge esque seasoning.

The specialty Mountain Dew Peach Lightning isn't on the level of Baja Blast, but really goes specifically well with fried chicken. It's a much softer, more muted peach flavor than peach Crush, or the peach options in Coca-cola freestyle machines, (I guess softer and sweeter is the "honey" element. If you haven't had other kinds of peach sodas it will just seem like a good taste pairing with your food. If you are used to other peach sodas that mildneess can make it seem like it's watered down. I placed an online order from this location an hour and 40 minutes before closing, got to the drive-through window, and was told I am going to have to cancel my order as they do not have any food. They didn’t even offer to make me anything. So I came back the next day to see if they would just give me the food I never got instead of a refund. I went inside to talk to a manager and showed them my order on the kfc app and told them the issue. There was no offer to help. Just told me to call the store number. Being Very dismissive, and short So I looked that manager in her eye, and said mam if I am standing in the store Talking to the manager, Then Who is going to pick up the phone that can resolve my issues ? 0 stars if possible! Always has been very poorly run and slow. On my last visit, we discovered that food was missing from my order. I called and spoke with “Kim” the manager. She advised that she would make a note and correct the error when I return. Two weeks later I returned. Ask for “Kim”. Manager said she no longer worked there and there was no note made of the promise to rectify my order. Was told that that manager, Kim left a month ago. Other employees admitted that that was a lie. That was Kim, the manager that has been there a year. IT WAS HER!!!!! Said I needed receipt and I had a limited time to return. She was rude and indifferent. I was charged for the food. No utensils or napkins!!!!! Intentional bad service. Refused to provide management information. Did not know. 2 employees hanging outside. Drive thru open only. 4 employees on site that I saw. I will find and contact the owner this time. No excuse. Additionally I will record any further interactions and post them. Shameful...
