Food is normally fresh, sometimes during peek it's cold or you'll get the wrong food. 3 days ago I was there I asked for 2 moca Frappuccino no cool whip one add xtra Carmel drizzle, I got my order they were already watery only one had carmel drizzle (no chocolate drizzle which comes on it normally) the other you can tell they put whip cream then remember (NO WHIP) so they knocked it off "you can still see the cool whip" and NO CHOCOLATE DRIZZLE WHICH AGAIN COMES ON IT!!! We had told the lady at the window about the chocolate drizzle and she said right you said no whip, then we repeated but I didn't say no drizzle she said right you said no whip....so then why don't I have the chocolate drizzle on either. She got frustrated snapped at me and just walked away from the window. Assuming a manager came and asked "uh so what's the problem" we again told her there isn't any chocolate drizzle and tried to explain what our order was she yea okay just give me the cups, she put the drizzle on and handed them back watery. Now I understand sometimes it’s hard to hear the entire order I myself have had to deal with this cause I also work in the “fast food industry” but at the same to you repeated everything we ordered back to us. We get to the widow and get our food we’re missing two sandwiches and 2 pieces of sausage. We tell them the first girl slams the drive through door in my mother’s face. We sit and wait then I’m guessing a manager comes which I’m praying I’m wrong cause a manager should know better then to talk to customers this way. She proceeds to tell us that wasn’t on our order which she was right once we looked at the receipt then we ask if we can add it on and pay for it. She screams at us that we have to go back through the drive through which is out in the parking because there’s 5 minutes of breakfast left. Ordered food online and came to get it and was sent away and told to come back in 15, return and was told they aren't making my food and refund was my problem, was generally distespectful. Contact CS, store has to issue refund. Call them, in background " his foods been sitting here(hour+) tell him to come pick it up"... Again, cold hour old food, no thanks .and they refuse to issue the the refund unless I come back to the store. This is my 3rd issue and the Staff have have been anywhere from attitude- flat out disrespectful every time. Don't expect a smile from most of these generally trash people. Mngr was ok-ish but her attitude wasn't great to deal with either.Dont expect your order right 50% of the time and definitely don't expect them to even attempt to make things close to right without pushing for what's right.
