MVP's Chicken and Fish (Cleveland) — Restaurant in Cleveland

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I came across this place in passing and decided to stop. I ordered a couple meals for me and my family to try. We went to the drive through and there was a sign at the bottom which I didn’t see because it’s so low but when I looked to see where the speaker was I saw it. It said to call to place orders in drive through, I called I placed my order. I always have my order read back but after every order he said ok like he had it so I thought it was ok. He tells me 15 mins I sat there for 25/30mins. I called to check on my order and read my order number and he said there was a bunch of orders with that number which I didn’t understand but I told him what I had. He then started saying stuff I never said, I asked could he come to the window. When he got to the window it was another man who didn’t take my order who didn’t know what I was talking about. I kept asking him could he go get the person I was on the phone with he kept saying ok then proceeded to talk about what he didn’t know about…..stood there still talking and I just kept saying the same thing. The man FINALLY came over and didn’t even wanna hear what I had to say saying I ordered what was put in and I said no I didn’t order that and told him what I said. Then he said he didn’t have what I asked for but you never said that then gave me something for the highest price instead of making sure I was talking about that. He cuts me off Hough and puffs gets an attitude leaves comes back with the change from the food he messed up. My wife and I were pretty excited to try this new place because there isn't much around this part of town, but it wasn't quite what we expected from what I read in other reviews of the place. My wife ordered fried perch and she said it had no flavor and the sides she got were cold and fries where soggy with grease. I ordered a steak Philly and it was the worst Philly cheese steak I've ever had! It was minced steak um meat and it had been soaked in sloppy Joe mix. So it was basically a sloppy Joe with peppers and onions with provolone cheese and it was terrible to say the least. And it was not cheap for what we got, so I doubt we will be returning to this place. To top it off the place doesn't have a very nice atmosphere either and the parking lot is full of pot holes and it says drive thru open, but I've never seen it open, just weird! Tried this for the first time the other week. Got whole wings and catfish nuggets. Food was very fresh. Wings and the catfish was cooked to perfection. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I am not a fan of whatever the white powdery seasoning that is put on top of the chicken.
