Rally's — Restaurant in Cleveland

DISAPPOINTED is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I was on a 30 minute break from work and decided Rally's vs McDonald's. I should've gone with my first thought (McDonald's). I arrived at 12:00 am. There are two drive-thru lanes and both were open. I chose the line with only 1 car ahead of me. As soon as it was my turn at the microphone someone inside told me to hold on. Now, I'm a pescatarian so I always ask for FRESH fish and of course fresh fries and both usually take 4-5 minutes to cook. I waited at the microphone for 7-8 minutes and when he came back to the mic he took my order. At the cashier window, they asked me to wait another 6-7 but to pull around to the other sides drive-thru line. I very politely that I was on break from work and that there were like 5 cars in that other line. She told me not to worry because the other line was for door dash and that it would be fast. It took about 5 minutes to make it back to the window for my food. The manager handed me my order without saying a word. He just shut the window just as fast he opened it. No sorry about the wait, no thank you, no do you need ketchup or napkins?!? NOTHING!! Just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!! When I got back to work (5 mins away)..I noticed that my fish was not fresh at all. The edges were very hard and I KNOW that only happens when it has been sitting in staging cabinet. There was no reason for that to have happened besides "trying to be funny" because I mentioned that I needed to get back to work. SUPER PETTY! 3/16/24 Time: 12:00 AM. A lighter skinned man with curly hair and a ponytail at the top. A brown skinned girl with a natural afro. Neither one of the seen anything wrong with treating a customer this way! I will NEVER go back to your SUPER SLOW, RUDE EMPLOYEE establishment again. UPDATE: As of 4//2/24 I have not received a response after emailing the address listed in the company's comment to this review. UPDATE: Sorry so late! A month ago the NEW manager at Rally’s called to apologize for how I was treated before she became a manager there. She offered to fix it for me. I have not gone back yet but I will give them another chance. I really appreciate her for calling me. Now that’s GREAT...

Fries were overcooked. Insides were hollow, oily and overall inedible. Took nearly an hour to get them so, no way I was getting back into that. They've been hit or miss with burgers, so I avoid the potential disappointment. I must say that I was really looking forward to Rally's fries. There are other places like Popeyes Loraine ave, who no longer care about the patrons satisfaction, serving good food out of a quality establishment and hiring/training staff,to run it properly. As a consumer, they are dead to me. Rally's had at least 1 Item which gave them a redeemable quality. That like my love of an occasional meal from Popeyes is dead. The people weren't rude but that is not a star, that's what should be. It's possible that being overwhelmed caused a lapse in judgment but that, in an industry where customers ingest the "poor calls " cannot be. Update, I recently visited your establishment again on July 26 th at 3:23 a.m. I had a bad experience at the McDonald's down the street. I explained what happened to them and they made sure that my experience there was a pleasant one. My food was hot and timely. It was also very good. With this crew, I would definitely come back! Wow starving on a Sunday afternoon/evening. Drove from the far east side. While in the area stopped by the Rally's on West 117th. Spent almost $20. The worker a female took my order and was very courtesy. Got my bag thanked her for her service. Got home everything in the bag was very very bad. Ordered a 1/2 # chicken box it tasted nonfreash 2 double sands. A rally double and a fish double. The rally double had 1 very over cooked patty. The fish double was so dry and stuck together and so very very overcooked. As was the single fish with only lettuce. At least it had the correct item placed together It looked like a no handed two broken arm half bottom cook had fixed This food was so verybad when I gave the other person the food they took one bite turned to me and asked if they could tell me something. They said don't ever buy food from there ever again. What happened the ....cook knowingly gave me horrible handle food. So that I am taken seriously I will not use bad language. OWNER PLEASE see to this matter. For what it's worth I am telling everyone within earshot and has 2 ears about this guy. You should be ashamed...
