Unfriendly Service! Burger made wrong When I ordered my food through the drive-thru the attendant didn't greet me. They were very short with their speakings and I didn't find them. Very friendly. When I reached the drive-thru window they didn't say hello. They just told me the amount and as I went to pay them they disappeared. I asked for ketchup. She said it was in the bag and closed the window. I looked in the bag it was only two packs but she was nowhere to be found so I drove away. There was no one behind me . When I took my food out to eat it I had asked for no onions and my burger all the way. There was no mustard on the burger 🍔. The fries were not very hot either and the two packs of ketchup we're not enough for me with my large fry. I didn't feel like the drive-through attendant was very friendly. She didn't smile. She didn't say hello. She didn't have any greetings or salutations. For $10 a meal at a burger restaurant, you would think at least you could have friendly service with a smile. For this reason, I'm very disappointed at this Wendy's and I hope that their management team can work on training their staff, how to be friendly to the customer and how to be more attentive so that the customer gets the condiments and their food made properly the way they desire. Since this is Wendy's and they always ask you what you would like on your burger and that's the way it's been since even before the drive-thru attendant was born when I work there as a teen. Next time I'll probably go to a different Wendy's or maybe I'll just go get some...
Read moreOkay so this is quite possibly the worst Wendy's ever. First of all, they are NOT open until 1 AM or later, ever. They are open until midnight, if you're lucky, that is. Because if you pull up around 11:40/11:45 PM or later, they'll shut all the lights off and hide in the back until you get frustrated and just drive off. For me, I'm never the kind that enjoys going somewhere that close to closing time, but when I'm getting off work and they have 15 minutes until they close, I feel like it shouldn't be too big of a big deal to get a little bit of food.
Now, if you do get to order, be incredibly wary. I have almost never gotten my order exactly as I ordered it. Half of the time they'll give me a different meal altogether, or the wrong size fry on the side, and they pretty much always put tomatoes on my sandwich even though I always ask them not to (I hate tomatoes). So I pretty much check my order now every time before I even pull away from the drive-through window.
This Wendy's is a few minutes from my house and I have resorted to driving across town to a different Wendy's just so I can be satisfied with my food and not have to worry.
To make you realize how bad this place is, consider this, I am not the type of guy to get online and review fast-food restaurants ever, this Wendy's just got under my...
Read moreHonestly my worst experience at a Wendy's ever. We had waited about 10 to 15 minutes in the drive through. We ordered our food and the lady told us our total. As we said thank you and started to drive forward we could hear her ask again what she could get for us. We got to the window and paid. But that's when I guess my girlfriend then became a sir because she asked "would you like you're receipt sir?" She corrected herself but at this point we didn't think much of it. We pulled to the second window where they then proceeded to tell us we skipped the first window and didn't pay. My girlfriend handed them her card again but then checked and saw that the first one went through on her bank account. They swiped her card again but I guess the system didn't give them a "green dollar sign". At this point there were about 5 people around the register talking all at once. They ended up doing it as a coupon and gave us our food. We got the food and the container for my ghost pepper fries was open. So the sauce was leaking out into the bag which then leaked all over me and the car. If this was my first time going to this Wendy's I for sure would...
