Super rude and disrespectful. They had nothing I asked for. The gentleman at the register rolled his eyes at me. This is the second time I’ve come in to this location and every time I felt in welcomed. I apologized because my app logged me out when I was trying to pay and he pushed me out of the way to take someone else’s order. I ordered a large vanilla chai no foam. When I got it I asked if it was no foam and the guy who handed it to me said a little foam. When I opened it, half of my large drink was gone. As a Starbucks manager I understand that this is the busy time of the day and they need to turn over quick but don’t ever make a customer feel this way. I’m pretty sure both companies have the same core values on how to treat a customer. I’d rather go out of my way than walk into this Dunkin’ again....
Read moreThe manage gives keys out to coustomers when others are in the restroom. The workers don't wash their hands after touching the restroom or dirty tables. This leads me to believe the donut and bagel trays are not cleaned Coffee cups have bacteria on them And the sanitation in the back is probly horrible They are over priced for what they sell The managers do what they want Workers steal food and drinks for friends and family In my pass dealings being a manager a person who steals from a company usually does not care for their coustomers either The owner only checks on the business when he gets a complaint
Don't support this restaurant one for your health and to so this franchise doesn't keep doing what it wants just because corporate doesn't want to get involved in...
Read moreContributors edit July 2023. This Dunkin Donuts, located within Clifton Plaza Shopping Center on Route 46, was perhaps the best of all the Dunkin Donuts in town for a sit down nosh. It had a very pleasant environment. Not anymore, as a recent negative experience has considerably soured my view of this store. Their scanner supposedly malfunctioned, causing my Dunkin Donuts Rewards Points to not register on either my receipt or my app. To compound the problem, the counter lady then rescanned my app FOR THE ORDER OF THE MAN BEHIND ME WHOSE ORDER WAS ONLY HALF OF MINE LEAVING ME BEREFT OF HALF THE POINTS I WAS ACTUALLY ENTITLED TO! It took some 7 minutes before the issue was finally resolved to my satisfaction. I left WITH my points, and WITHOUT any more trust...
