We didn’t have a good experience at all.we ordered for dinner through Slice app and we never got our order . I called and was told they never got the order through the Slice app. I was told to get in touch with Slice which I did . The owner then posted on Instagram that there was a problem with slice app and to please call his phone direct . I did and he told me he would like to make it right with a full refund and delivering our food by / pm the next day for lunch as it was a Saturday. I said ok . Saturday 2 pm came and went no food , I called again they delivered around 2:40 and the order was wrong and things were forgotten and they charged us . I did tell him we didn’t want him to lose money of we got our food. But the order was late and wrong AGAIN. Thank goodness Slice did refund the $70+ dollars otherwise we would have paid twice for a day late food and the wrong things ! I told the owner AGAIN what happened and I got a text with “sorry” and that’s it. We will never go there again. All through this process I was quite polite , nice and even said we will pay for the food since they are a new business . I believe in second chances but even that...

I visited during the opening weekend after hearing so much hype about the food and atmosphere. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to the buzz. I placed my order expecting to sit in the dining area, only to find it blocked off for a private event. With all the window seats taken, I ended up eating my meal in the car.

The pizza was a real letdown — paper-thin with barely any buffalo chicken on top. Customer service was equally disappointing. Several staff members just stood around looking lost, and the young woman at the counter barely acknowledged customers unless spoken to first.

Sadly, this visit was a one-and-done for me. It’s surprising that the owner wasn’t there to oversee things, especially during opening weekend. A little leadership and attention to detail could have made all...

I have been waiting for this place to open for weeks so of course two days in I had to place an order! It was hard to decide what to order with such an extensive menu but had to go with a sandwich. I ordered The Blitz! Wow, let me tell you it was legit! Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The only slight downfall was I waited almost 2 hours for delivery. I get it, they’ve only been open two days so I’m sure there are some kinks to work out, but the delicious food completely made up for it.
