would like to express my terrible experience today.
I was with my parents today who just came from a procedure done and were hungry. I am a home owner and get the subway coupon in my mail.
I called ahead of time and asked this manager - don't know her name - white girl- and when I reached the store and presented the coupon she said only one per customer. I clearly told her that you told me on the phone that you accept coupons but she rudely denied saying that she said only 1 coupon !!! Total lie- she never said that . Next there was another coupon which says free drink with any footlong purchases but she denied that too. I then requested her my parents are hungry and we need lunch soon. I even requested her that I can have my mom present the coupon and she can pay since u said only one coupon per customer and she refused that too.
Then while I was standing there and see them prepare the orders she was very rude and disrespectful to her fellow Co worker who was also a aged, senior age as she was not able to fold and wrap the sandwiches and again was being rude to her saying loudly - that's not the way I should you. She was also un safely showing her how to use the knife while folding the sandwich!!! All customers were also looking which was a real embarrassing moment!!
All in all - a very bad experience which I wanted to share with you and hope u take this seriously.

Read moreOn aug 9, 2024. I went in to purchase 2 foot long sandwiches veggie Pattie. While I was waiting for the Pattie to cook in the microwave. I was looking at the station where the toppings are and it was so filthy! And what got me even mad was when he was putting toppings on the sandwich he was putting it as if the toppings were coming out of his pocket!! He literally had like 4 pieces of jalapeño. Everything was like a pinch. Not enough lettuce, onions, olives. The only thing he couldn’t be cheap about was the tomatoes! Read moreIf you have a subway coupon do not take it to this location. They do not honor subway coupons at all. Thank goodness I indicated that I have a coupon when I approached the counter before ordering anything. One would have expected the employee to say I'm sorry Miss we don't accept coupons. However instead she reached over the counter with her hand and pointed to the sign to the left of the glass. Whatever happened to good old customer service? At least have the common decency to politely utter a phrase to the customer. This Subway and it's employees do not value customers. They just want our money. ....And so I politely walked out and took my money to a food establishment that appreciates me...
