Wendy's — Restaurant in Clifton

We got the $5 biggie meal here and the meal was good for the price although the pickup process could be a lot better. When you go in there's just bags of food on the counter and you don't know who's is who's. I don't know why they don't put the customer's name on them.

Also the setup to get in and out of this is really a nightmare. This Wendy's has widened their drive through the two lanes. That means that when you eat inside or just park your car for a minute that you need to squeeze around those two lanes to get around the other side of the building to get out as there is a one way coming in. This is really a bad design as people are not smart enough to stay in their lane to let others go by and many times results in you waiting until the drive thru moves to get by. Adding that to the nightmare of trying to get out and make a left-hand turn here, makes it a less than desirable location to pick up food quickly. I also don't understand why there's no dining in at this point. Many restaurants have been begging to open during this time for dining and now that it's available some stores just aren't doing it. Now I understand the risk for not having dine-in, but they're not taking into account the amount of people that huddle around the counter to wait for their food because there's no place to sit. Simply open up a few tables, just not all of them off course. At least then people could sit at a table and wait for food.

Beautiful Location, Clean, Bright, Cheerful....Excellent Service & always a "Thank you" & a smile from the cashiers. Food is well made Wendy's fare, like the other reviewers said, higher quality than many other fast-food chains. -- It's true that the drive-through can become packed if you show up at peak times, but hey, chalk that up to the success & popularity of this well-run establishment! ....Like everywhere, you've gotta know when to come & when to avoid the rush (if you're in that much of a hurry). Like one of the other reviewers said, you can always park & go inside if the drive-through is too busy, & you'll be waited on promptly. -- If you come at off-peak hours, the drive-through is super speedy & the cashiers & order-takers super friendly & happy to accommodate your requests.

I think this is a terrific Wendy's location!!!

For a quiet, impromptu sit-down experience to relax with some decent fast food, the interior of this location is so nice, & in the warm weather, so is the little outdoor seating...

The drive-thru is totally a mess Whoever thought two lanes merging into one was a good idea was an idiot. There is not enough staff to support the tremendous wait times for the drive-thru I waited like 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru today. Crispy chicken four-for-four fries cold with no salt, Krispy Chicken nuggets , yes they were crispy as in burnt and inedible, my crispy chicken sandwich BLT was supposed to have bacon and it had no bacon on it and it didn't have any Tomatoes but it did have some lettuce that was not so hot , and they did manage to get my soda right this time I ordered a Coke , I'll just mention the last time I went through the drive-thru previously I ordered a Coke and I got home and guess what it was a Diet Coke ... even though this place is brand new pretty much the staff is a bunch of garbage that really don't care , and they are slower than s* ... I was asked 3 times today what is your order is it this and I said no it's not and the woman said is this your water and I said no it's not and then she said is this your order and I said no it's not and then finally I told her what it was and she said oh it's because we have to drive through Lanes ... no maybe because the management structure in this Wendy's is absolute garbage you can expect the employees to be halfway decent if the management is garbage as well ......
